"What a lovely treatment"

I emailed wanting a one off inch loss treatment.I was advised of the shrinking violet before a wedding.What a lovely treatment by a lovely girl from Iran.Come near the end of the treatment same girl wanted me to book another five treatments at 69.00 a time.I said look have to go thank you.The receptionist asked for payment and I said thank you, wonderful treatment. She said when do you want to be booked in again. I said ...oh, best check my diary when home.She said oh ok ...I paid and couldn't wait to get out of the place. Sad that it was so hard to sell at the end of a beautiful treatment.

Manicure & Pedicure Today (2/23/13) was my 1st visit to this spa. A friend had given me a gift certificate as a present for a manicure & pedicure. The service was great (Kim Webb) did the nails & a wonderful job she did & would recommend her. But when I went to pay the tax on the g.certificate I had to pay 10.00 for the Shellac treatment I received & thought it was part of the certificate as I was not given a choice beforehand. I like the Shellac but it should have been free & was not impressed. Also, within 6 hours one of the Shellac polish came off. I am hoping when I go to the store on Monday they will touch it up at no cost. Would hate to bad mouth this place!!!

Overall, quite good. Still waiting for the result. Add-on, good guideline from the doctor. She answered any question I asked, and the progress of the treatment has been stated clearly. Easy to understand. The most important thing is good service. First impression is okay until you go into the clinic. Looks normal but the services provided were quite good. I have problem with pigment and they just give advice and opinion to solve my problem. The most important thing is respect and you can feel like they are your friends.

"Quick and informed consultation."

This was my first meeting, and it was booked as a consultation so I could get a more personal feel and ask questions of the doctor. It helped a great deal as it was a free consultation. It was quick and informed. It's small with polite staff. Thought it was a female doctor, but it turned out to be a male doctor. That isn't a problem, just unexpected. The clinic is on the second floor with lots of other clinics in the building.

I had a medical aesthetics specialist consultation at MCU Clinic. I chose them simply because the clinic is close to my home. To be perfectly honest, the treatment wasn’t really value for money in my case. The environment was nice, and my procedure went okay, but I didn’t feel it was worthwhile to return for follow-up treatments. The clinic wanted me to sign up for three procedures, but after I saw the results I didn’t want to continue. However, they kept badgering me to come back and this was one of the main problems with my experience.

"Don't see too much of a difference"

I had treatment in 2 deep frown lines and a wrinkle (not deep) across my forehead. It was really painful, like having lots of bees sting you. The treatment was over within a couple of minutes, thankfully. I'd recommend a numbing cream as this may help. I bled a little but had no bruising, although everyone is different. I was told that I'd see at least a 60% improvement in my frown lines. I haven't. I don't see too much of a difference. I emailed the clinic, noting my disappointment. The clinic hasn't even been courteous enough to reply. The lady, Fiona, was quick to get back to me initially when I asked for a price however. Due to this, I will go elsewhere next time. I'd also like to add. While the dentist and Fiona were pleasant enough, I got the feeling that I was just a £ sign. There were no pleasantries exchanged and I was ushered out quickly because the next patient arrived. It all felt a bit odd.

Very professional and knowledgable. With her warm welcoming she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything and options in detail. I would certainly recommend Ros for treatment. Excellent service all round. I had my appointment at the beauty rooms in Chichester and they are all friendly and welcoming. Beautiful decor with a relaxing atmosphere, very neat and clean. I would recommend having treatments there.

"No difference at all"

Micro-Thermocoagulation Tried the Micro-Thermocoagulation treatment claiming to get rid of moles and sunspots. The staff were attentive and nice. No surprise the treatment was uncomfortable. I had many small sunspots around my facial area with some only just emerging, a package of 10 seemed a good price to also tackle them.I followed the aftercare treatment but now after 6 weeks I see no difference at all in my sunspots which is very surprising and disappointing. I would not recommend this treatment for anyone pursuing to get rid of freckles/sunspots/moles.'Laser Skin & Wellness Clinic - Chadstone-wellness' also goes by name 'Mole Removal Melbourne' located in not so easy to find place isolated from other shops at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
