Established in 2004, the team of osteopaths and sport therapists have developed a reputation in Knaresborough and Harrogate for excellence and effectiveness in providing advice about, and relieving pain caused by, problems of the musculoskeletal system. The majority of our new patients are personally recommended or referred directly from their GP or consultant.

Osteopaths Seb, Alana & Ole are experienced in treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. They treat patients with all types of musculoskeletal problems including back and neck pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, frozen shoulders, headaches, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions. Osteopathy is a safe and gentle form of therapy, individually tailored to each patient, making it suitable for everyone from babies to the elderly.

Filipe, our Sports Therapist uses different sports massage and stretch techniques that are adapted to the needs of each individual. Filipe works with a great range of clients in assisting with preventative treatment and injury recovery. Sports massage is not only for athletes, it can benefit people who suffer from general aches and pains usually brought on by repetitive movements at work or more commonly bad posture.
