I recently moved to Limassol from London where I gained 20 years of clinical experience in Neurology treating a wide range of conditions such as Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral Palsy and Head Injury.

Furthermore, as a trained Pilates instructor, I provide 1:1 neuro modified Pilates. The aim of these sessions is to really challenge individuals physically and to maximise their physical potential.
