I had a severe muscle spasm locking up my lower back on my first day in Paphos. I got an appointment on the day. I had 4 sessions including advice about exercises. Each session was an hour of heat treatment/ultrasound/acupuncture and magnet and 2 sessions of electric shock which really did the trick. The clinic is spotlessly clean. The staff spoke excellent English. There was every type of treatment machine. I was very impressed. Value for money is exceptional. An hour for €25. In the UK that would be £100!

Mr. Nikolas Omirou is a competent young professional with deep knowledge in his field. The diagnosis was just the right one and the treatments very effective for the lower back problems I was facing. Following his advise and continuing the special exercises he suggested, I am now pain-free! The clinic's equipment is the most contemporary and of a very high standard.The environment is offering privacy to the client, it is clean and spacious.

Highly recommend this clinic. I had endured a fracture of the major tuberosity of the humerus bone, which was the most difficult and painful injury I had been through. The physiotherapy sessions helped me regain the strength and movement that I had lost.

I had a serious problem with my right shoulder for quite some time, and as usual I was reluctant to go for treatment, hoping the pain would go away. I met Nicolas at a social event and he convinced me that instead of the pain going away it would steadily get worse. We started treatments and Nicolas was confident that I would be well in the end. Half way through the treatment I suffered from a huge muscle spasm on my shoulder. I could not walk straight, I could not sleep, I was a mess. This was a time that Nicolas went to a seminar in Nicosia and learnt a new technique, very painful but also very effective. He soon conquered the muscle spasm and immediately tackled my shoulder pain again. From the beginning Nicolas stated that the shoulder would take 4-5 months. True enough 5 months later my shoulder is fixed and we have started the rehabilitation stage. Nicolas and his assistant Fedra are both friendly and highly professional, doing their job but ensuring that you feel comfortable and understand what they are doing to you. I highly recommend them to all. The clinic looks very clean and professional from when you walk in. Nicolas has the latest technology in equipment but is also not shy to use old Chinese techniques.

Ankle Injury Treatment

I broke my left ankle in a classic tibia and fibula bilateral fracture on 30 June 2017. After initial postoperative care, I went see Nikolas and his assistant Susanne. A single session lasting about an hour had me transformed from not being able to walk downstairs without a stick to dispensing with the aid. After the third treatment, I could walk positively with confidence. Since then I have made steady progress in the care of these two excellent clinicians.Nikolas prescribed laser and TECAR therapy followed by a short time using an ice pack. The sessions finished with an intermittent compression pump (stocking). These treatments are painless and the latter is particularly soothing. My ankle is now normal again. I find it hard to believe how quickly it was achieved. As a retired dental practitioner, I was impressed by the approach to my treatment. Nikolas took a full history relevant to my injury and insisted on radiographs before proceeding. He explained how the therapy would be done and both he and his assistant Suzanne are impressively professional and quietly reassuring.I chose this clinic because it was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon and I was not in any way disappointed. It is completely up to date, clean and well organized. Treatment charges are very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending the Omirou practice to anyone.

Sciatica Treatment

I attended this clinic with what I thought was sciatica? I had been misdiagnosed in the Uk, Nicolas corrected that and I began a successful treatment for Hip Bursitis, the people who work here are very professional, and I thoroughly recommend them.

Back Pain Treatment

Nikolas gave me treatment for my lower back with his machines suitable for my problem. They were gentle yet effective.He is kind, understanding and patient professional. Treatment was lovely but unfortunately, I couldn’t continue as I had to return to the Uk.
