manipulation I started going to Riona last December with chronic ache in my middle and lower back, especially after sitting or standing for extended periods. Ríona did a thorough examination on me and after two sessions, along with home exercises I completed at home, I could not believe the improvement I felt! Two months later, I have increased mobility and huge pain relief. Ríona is professional, thorough and she is an excellent physio... I would highly recommend her!

Went to visit Riona as I had a recommendation about her from a friend. The location was easy to find and Riona was very friendly. I had a herniated disc in my back which I have had trouble with for a few months. I was very happy with Riona. She is obviously well educated and has lots of experience. She took her time with me and after the session gave me exercises to do at home. I have been to see her three times now and I have to say that the pain in my back has significantly improved. I was worried that I may have to get surgery or be on life long pain killers to ease the pain but thanks I don't think that I will have to! I would have no hesitation in recommending this bubbly lady to anyone!

I attended Riona for physiotherapy after she was recommended by a good friend. I had been suffering for years with lower back pain following a work injury, and have forked out hundreds of euros attending numerous chiropractors and physicians, but never had results like I've had since attending Riona - she has magic hands and is excellent at her work! Even after one session with her I felt so much better that other treatments I've had, and at a much more affordable price. Riona had empathetic understanding of exactly what I was going through and I felt at ease as soon as I walked in her clinic. I couldn't recommend Riona enough. I am just so grateful for having discovered her!

I had chronic neck and shoulder pain for years, and had been to multiple people for treatment, but this is the first time I have gotten significant relief. I would highly recommend Riona for any neck and shoulder problem. Found the clinic online when googled for someone in the south east area specialising in necks, and this clinic came up. The physio was very easy to talk to and I felt really listened. Was provided with a simple, easy to follow program
