I had a fall a year ago where I skidded on gravel and injured my right wrist, elbow and shoulder. Two months later my shoulder had not improved and was very painful. I went to Tim and had six sessions over the following ten weeks. The result was absolutely wonderful. My shoulder was completely pain-free and restored to normality, and a year later continues to be absolutely trouble-free. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough.

I had a tight calf muscle and I was running the Cork City Marathon. Tim was very professional and gave the right treatment. I went several times, and I actually ran a personal best and never felt better during the race! The clinic was relaxing and Tim has an easy going style, definitely very experienced and I would highly recommend. He has since moved to the Midelton Pak Hotel and the facility is even better. This is a holistic centre above the leisure club which provides nutrition and beauty as well as Tim's physio.

As a karate black belt 2nd with a number of years, my flexibility especially in kicking wasn't as good as I hoped,Tim was recommended to me and I have visited his clinic a number of times, and been amazed at my improvements in flexibility and especially as regards increased hip mobility, loosening in shoulder /neck muscles, etcI've recommended Tim to a lot of people and they are all very pleased with the improvements they've achieved.Tim's style of treatment is very gentle but very very effective
