I attended Ciaran for help with an abdominal diastasis after pregnancy. He is an expert in what he does, so kind and encouraging. The baby was always welcome and he was the perfect professional when it came to breast-feeding interruptions! Excellent! Highly recommended.

Physical Therapy

I went to this clinic for a physio session to treat my calf strain. It was convenient for me because the clinic is situated in my neighbourhood. The service was value for money. The clinic struck me as a very good, clean and tidy place. They delivered the service I expected from a physiotherapist. My injury was a minor one, and the treatment was effective because I healed up quickly after my visit.

Have had Ciaran help me with two sports injuries. He has a professional, relaxed and generous manner. He sends on exercise video clips and invoice receipts by email. And, helpful appointment reminders arrive by text. All in all, highly recommended.

Knee Rehabilitation

Sports Therapy

I am not very familiar with attending a sports therapist and more used to a sports massage which is very different but I am very pleased with the first visit whereby my mind was put to rest as to what the problem could be and I was given useful exercises to follow. Follow up appointment is next week.
