Non invasive and manual physical therapy techniques are used to treat musculoskeletal disorders. The clinic is located outside Clane in Co. Kildare. Physical Therapy is indicated for joint pains, spinal problems, sports injuries, acute injuries, repetitive strain injuries, work related injuries, arthritic pains and post surgical rehabilitation. Physical Therapy treatments include manipulation, mobilization, postural and muscle stability correction and stabilization, exercise therapy, lifting and manual handling instruction, ergonomic assessment, kinesiotaping and dry needling.

I had a thorough physical therapy session with Garrett for a lower back issue and I found it very useful. I found it both helpful and informative, and very good value. This was followed up by an email outlining the topics we discussed and suggesting treatments and insights based on our session which were comprehensive and on-point.I would strongly recommend Garrett to anyone looking for a therapist.

Sports Massage

I am currently training for distance runs, visited Garrett to aid with recovery and iron out a few niggles. Garrett was able to identify and treat the problem areas and explain the impact a tight muscle has on other parts of the limb. Overall I have found the treatment beneficial to my comfort whether exercising or not. I would recommend the individual and insightful service provided by Garrett. A very positive result physically for what was very good value. I will be back.

Garrett is a genuine and fantastic therapist, I attended him after both back surgeries simply because he gave me the pain relief at half the cost of the hospital physio, he is not about the money, he is about the person, the injury and getting you back to life ASAP. My first appointment was in 2017. I was in a bad way after a failed back surgery, because he pushed me to return to see the surgeon after a few months and he knew I was doing everything myself to get back to work. and after consideration, I had a second operation in 2018. I was good after the surgery, but after attending the hospital physio I was left in another bad way...yes the physio not the surgeon or surgery put me back in the chronic pain train again. The lesson here is simply not all physios are good. When you find one like Garreth stick with him until your fully back to normal. I do need to see him on and off just to keep on top of things. But he leaves it up to me to say when I need a top-up of the magic hands, in fact, it's been about 6 months since my last session.

Received treatment from Garrett last Friday. Found the treatment to give great relief. Garrett was extremely professional. Garrett works from home, but the atmosphere is the same as if it were a private clinic. I explained my pain issues. Garrett had me make some moves to identify the sore areas and he went to work. The treatment was well in excess of one hour. Very good value for money. He shared with me exercises for homework. Overall I went home very satisfied with the treatment.

Back Pain Treatment

I had three one hour treatment sessions with Garrett. He was mainly working on the sciatica issue that I've been having. It was excellent value for money and he really takes his time. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. Garrett is an excellent therapist. I've had sciatica for a few years and after a few sessions with Garrett it had improved a lot. He lets you know what he is doing and why and is great at explaining how the body works and what is causing the problem(s). He also provides lots of useful information and exercises for aftercare.
