A registrant on the CORU register of Physiotherapists Rory is also a member of the Irish Association of Physical Therapists (I.A.P.T.) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Health Science and a Diploma in Physical Therapy from the Institute of Physical Therapy.

Having worked in Dublin for a number of years, in 2013 Rory returned to his native Limerick to set up his Physical Therapy clinic in Annacotty. Over the years he has worked with a wide range of clients, from the elite sports person to the self-confessed couch potato and most in-between.

With a strong sporting background Rory has always been fascinated by injury prevention and rehabilitation and using an evidence-based approach he enjoys working closely with his clients to get to the root cause of their pain or discomfort.

Through continued professional development and education, Rory strives to provide his clients with the most up-to-date scientific evidence-based diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation available.

I attended an appointment with Rory after I strained tendons in my shoulder and was suffering a lot of pain, and couldn't attend work. Rory runs a very professional practice and is highly skilled. After discussion and examination, he was able to pinpoint the exact areas of weakness and sources of pain. He worked in the area which offered some immediate relief. He explained the treatment plan very clearly and provided me with exercises specific to my issue, which worked very effectively to reduce pain and improve motion. He then provided further strengthening and maintenance exercises. I'm delighted to be able to get back to work next week. I would highly recommend Rory.

Went for treatment for pinched sciatic nerve which causes sharp pain in my left hip last Wednesday and already i have found an improvement in my hip and the pain has been reduced considerably would highly recommend Rory :) Fantastic
