We also provide door to door home physiotherapy for patients and clients who are bed bound or unable to acquire transport to come to our clinic. As for patients who need care and nursing while they continue rehabilitation, we also provide hospital ward stay with nursing care. You can also opt for personal rooms for privacy. Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury

Jeffrey from Platinum is the man behind my tremendous recovery after a spinal injury. He is undoubtedly the best in what he does in physio treatment. He personally has lifted up my believe to keep achieving in my recovery beyond any situations. I came to see Deva who was highly recommended by several people at my gym. I had a collapsed arch that was misdiagnosed by several physicians who suggested I go for surgery so I decided to see Deva as a 4th option. At the first session he managed to relieve the pain immediately. I have been seeing him regularly and he has been incredibly helpful with my recovery. He recommended the right kind of orthotics that was suitable for my situation and helped me strengthen my foot by showing and guiding me with the right kind of exercises. I have just recently started my regular activities again and I have Deva to thank for helping fix my foot.

When I visited Platinum for the first time I was having problem with my cervical spine and Lumber spine. Platinum treated me for the same Effectiveness of a physiotherapy clinic is not really judged by the sophisticated equipment they have, it rather depends on the expertise of the staff to understand the problem of each individual and then devise the treatment plan. Platinum is a clinic where you have such professionals. They really give time to understand your problem, explain the issues and treat you with care

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Got a call from Jeffrey just after I filled in the online request for CTS therapy, appointment for the very same day with Mal. She very gently massaged and showed me some practices. Got electro and ultrasound therapy. Immediately after the session of about one hour, I felt so much better! Until now I had 4 sessions but I’ll have one weekly to maintain without complaints.

Sciatica Treatment

SCI Recovery This physio centre is easily accessible for a SCI patient like myself. It is just next to the disabled parking spot which is a covered basement car park and the disabled toilet is just a few metres away. In Jeffrey, you have a physiotherapist who is well known all over Malaysia and who has more than 13 years of experience in Spinal Cord Injury and Stroke cases. He also has expertise in other areas of rehabilitation and recovery as he is also extremely knowledgeable and super friendly guy. I highly recommend this centre.

Shoulder Rehabilitation

My treatment at Platinum has drastically reduced the ever long shoulder and neck pain that have been bothering me despite several encounters with different physiotherapists / other treatments. I came down to Malaysia from New York for a month holiday and was made aware of this clinic through a mutual friend. Though my pain has not been totally resolved because of the short duration being in Malaysia, I am glad that I have got a huge relieve from the acute pain it was and will totally recommend this place to everyone.

Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury

I had been having neck pain and very limited movement for over a week. Jeffery's assessment was very thorough he even drew me pictures to explain the problem. His treatment was excellent and I am now pain-free and have full movement in my neck and shoulders. The treatment included ultrasound coupled with manipulation. I also got some daily homework to undertake. I couldn't be more pleased with my treatment. The clinic is clean, very private and well equiped. It was easy to find with Jeffreys directions.

I am having knee pain and my brother introduce me to platinum physio for therapy. Mashamty is the therapist who handle my case. Her passion to listen to my problem and her knowledge has helped me improve my knee condition. Before the treatment I could not wear pants and even leggings. I will experience sharp pain on my knee if I climb stair or squatting down. After 2 session of therapy at platinum physio, the pain level has reduced.
