She uses a variety of treatments such as massage; Shockwave; ultrasound; strapping; acupuncture; manipulation of joints etc You will invariably leave with an exercise programme which is sent to you with videos to help correct your issue. She has worked with premier footballers, actors, elderly, office workers, mums etc etc no-one is out of her scope of work in the MSK (musculoskeletal) field.

Aesthetics

Since 2020, Valerie has retrained and now has a masters in facial aesthetics. She offers treatment for helping with relaxing muscles, which also works for headaches, excessive sweating and tooth grinding. She also offers skin treatments to help reduce fine lines and crepey skin rejuvinating the skins hydration leaving your skin feeling firmer yet softer. In addition she offers vitamin shots for overall well-being.
