Being a well-being massage therapist myself, I recently suffered from sore and painful stiffness in my upper back and upper arms. Until last April this year, I was in agony and so much pain. I never had a sports massage before, and I don’t regret having started a session. I have been seeing Ellya regularly, 2-3 times a month, as I undertake 15 to 20 massages a week. Ellya is very talented and professional. She knows where I hold muscle tension. She always checks that the pressure suits me.
