Sciatica Treatment

Treatment was performed after a consultation and diagnosis of my problem, some soft tissue massaging and stretching with a thorough explanation of everything being done, resulted in my mobility improving from rigid/very poor to a complete return of movement and much less pain. Was very pleased with initial results and have booked my next visit to further treat my ailments and try to prevent reoccurrence. Excellent, I was sceptical before my visit, and I'm now wish I had visited many years earlier. The treatment was uncomfortable during but the results were worth every second of discomfort. Location is easy to get too, clinic was very clean, modern and felt was to a very high standard.

Physiotherapist Consultation

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.
