I have been to this clinic once before for a frozen shoulder. The physio advised me to use my shoulder as normal as possible because I won't be damaging it. This was extremely helpful. He was also able to massage / manipulate it in a pain free way. I am definitely going back as this was the most positive help or treatment I have had for my condition.

It went very well and Chris kindly gave me a home visit. It was just the first assessment/treatment and the most valuable thing for me was to gain the confidence to actually deal with my ankle injury. He knows his stuff and is a first class and very patient educator which is just as important as the very vital hands-on approach he uses.I am glad I chose him and his fee is very fair.

So far so good Chris talked me through my problem and did some treatment for my sciatica, felt awful on the Friday night Saturday evening it had started to feel more settled, have another appointment this coming Thursday as nhs appointment isn't until 20th June ! Very hands on very knowledgeable and very gentle. Fine another appointment booked in for this week
