Just had last treatment and the difference it had made in massive. From being in alot of pain to my shoulder being pain free 90% of the time and my back better than it was. Over a 4 week period, I had two lower limb/Achilles injuries. With a triathlon season in full flow, this was a blow. Abdur was engaging, explained what he was doing and engaged me on the treatment. Within two weeks of massage and electronic pain relief treatment, I was back on the trail. Highly recommend Abdur as an effective sports physiotherapist who I would use again.

I damaged my achilies when running. Previously this has taken months to recover. As I have a charity walk to complete in 3 weeks time I decided to try a physio. Abdur used a mixture of massage and ultra sound and gave me some exercises to do in between sessions. The results have been excellent. My Achilles has recovered and I will be completing the walk this weekend. A clean professional clinic. Abdur watches and listens closely while making the initial assessment. He explained his recommended course of treatment and was realistic in what he felt could be achieved. In fact, the results were better than indicated.

I went to see Abdur after struggling with shoulder pain for over three months. He accurately diagnosed my condition and although I required several sessions of ultrasonic and massage therapy, I am happy to say I am 95% better. The other 5% is for me to continue my exercises prescribed by him to strengthen my muscles. Considering I could not lift my arm above my head and was envisioning surgery, this is an excellent result! Abdur is professional and an expert in his field, improving my condition immensely. I hope I don't have to go back in the future but I would definitely seek him out should I encounter any future musculoskeletal problems.

Visited Fife physio centre after becoming impatient while waiting for an NHS appointment. Best thing I ever did. I had been given 2 diagnoses for my knee. Finally got to the bottom of the problem here. Treatment started at the first visit. I've went from non weight bearing to walking in a matter of weeks. Delighted with the care. First class service I would recommend to everyone.
