I had a positive experience

I've had problems with my shoulder for months and Sally was very understanding about all of it and after a consultation and examination of my shoulder which we both suspect is early stage frozen and also my upper back was painful. Sally thought it could be a combination of both as all the muscles around my thoracic spine were very tight.After two lots of physio treatment on my back,it has helped the pain in my shoulder, I have more movement now and will continue to practice the recommended exercises by Sally to enable me to have more shoulder movement. Sally is friendly and understanding and also very approachable, flexible and gave good sound advice. I would recommend Sally and feel it was good value. I chose this clinic because it was local and convenient. My visit was positive with a nice friendly lady who puts you at ease and who was very understanding and knowledgeable, giving good advice.
