I have just had a session of acupuncture at Le Bas Clinic in Stevenage with a Lady called Kerry. Really friendly staff at reception, who took time to talk to me. Kerry was very good, explained everything I wanted to know. Really happy with my visit to this clinic today, very friendly and helpful staff.

It was my first visit so information was collected on my health history and the reason of my request for a consultation. The physiotherapist who saw me was attentive and thorough in checking my motor capacities and giving me some simple exercises to do at home. All were very welcoming. I had a good experience. Being I will need to be seen a few times for my condition I was offered a discount on my sessions paying the full sum in advance, which I decided to do.
