Physiotherapist Consultation

Neck Treatment I had been in pain for 4 days and did not know what the problem was except that I believe I injured my neck lifting back weights. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. Emma, the physio I was referred to, used some techniques to help me and gave me a detailed analysis about my posture, my flat upper spine, and informed me that I scored about 7 out of 9 for hypermobility, the implications, what to look out for and how to manage it. I came away well-informed and armed with information from the physio, Emma, about what type of injury it was, what I could and couldn't do for exercise, and range of movement. I wish I could afford another session, however it's very expensive unless you have private insurance.
