Doctor Consultation The treatment was excellent, from the moment we set foot in the clinic to after we left. We were welcomed by a kind secretary who offered us a cup of tea. The doctor was punctual and very efficient, making me do a number of short tests to identify the problem. Since I needed soles and my hotel was far from the clinic, the doctor went out of his way to prepare, on the spot, temporary test soles for me to try on and use for two weeks. Ever since, I have been wearing the insoles and doing the exercises, I feel much better. I have been suffering from my knees for 4 years and no doctor has been able to provide any kind of relief. I am very happy and grateful.

A history of ongoing foot pain led me to sourcing out someone who could identify the problem and offer treatment. I was met by a professional who was kind caring and accommodating of the fact I had to bring a little one with me. She was thorough and took time to explain what she was going to do and why. I left happy and relieved that I had found someone who could offer me a plan of treatment and had got straight on with the therapy.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Chiropodist was quick to review my health questionnaire and understand my problem and requirements. Chiropodist gave the impression of being knowledgable and was very professional in her approach. Treatment was carried out satisfactorily and good advice regarding foot care was given. A follow-up appointment was made. This clinic was picked at random since I has not previously visited a chiropodist. My appointment was made without delay and I was seen at the time scheduled. My first impression was that the clinic was clean and comfortable. Similarly, the treatment room was clean and well laid out.

Marie was wonderful. She made me feel completely at ease. She explained in detail what the procedure would be, and then step by step as the treatment was taking place. The clinic itself was exceptional, immaculately clean. Once the procedure was complete, we sat down and Marie went over how the treatment had gone and explained the health benefits that I should experience within the next few days. Marie answered any questions I had regarding further treatments. All in all, a warm welcome with no issues to write about. I will definitely be visiting Marie again, and I will be referring my friends and family to her. Many thanks.
