I needed an immediate appointment as I was going on holiday 4 days later. I saw Helen the physio consultant who was excellent in every respect. She massaged damaged areas for at least half an hour. Gave me ideas how to reduce the inflammation and exercise instruction to make related areas stronger. I would definitely go back to her, should the need arise. It was very good value. I chose this clinic not only because I live locally but also because it came highly recommended. It couldn't have been better. The person that answered the phone was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to get a quick appointment which was such a huge relief due to an imminent holiday (snow shoe walking in Austria). I left there feeling positive that it wouldn't be necessary to cancel my holiday. As I left I had a warm glow about the whole experience.

I got a fantastic service from Physio Sport. Colette was very thorough in gathering background info about the cause and history of the problem and then took me through detailed video consultation, advising me on best approaches for exercise and rehabilitation. She had a very professional and friendly approach which was really re-assuring - Highly recommended!

Early days - need to practice exercises. Speedy diagnosis. Very satisfied. Wish I'd recorded demos on my iphone to help remember. A paper sheet would have helped also.
