I had a relapse of an old back injury in October and was recommended to use Gosforth Physio and Wellness. I was seen by James who I thought was excellent on all levels. He was friendly and immediately reassuring in respect of the injury, the treatment and recovery prospects. I had six sessions which ranged from assessment and simple relief exercises to strengthening exercises and acupuncture. James explained everything in detail from the nature of my injury to the treatment process, exercises and long term path to full recovery. It is very refreshing in the modern day commercial world and economic climate that I wasn't given the 'hard sell' for further sessions as James knew I was paying for the treatment myself so was very pragmatic and understanding in this regard. I definitely felt James was fully committed to my treatment and recovery rather than trying to have as many sessions as possible. First class service all round. I wouldn't hesitate to use James again if I have any further relapses and would recommend them to anyone who has any similar issues. read more
