Got straight back to me. Really quick appointment. Really friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I had hurt my back doing a strength test. She carried out a number of tests and explained what she was doing throughout and was able to reassure me that it was muscular damage. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. I find them to be really good communicators, informative, helpful and friendly. I have serious back and hip issues and it is very important to me to be kept as physically fit as possible with good, consistent physio, exercise and advice. This is exactly what I get at Physioflex. I have a first-rate physio in Majka and she has done wonders for me. The exercises and massage are just right for me and I intend to continue going even if my pain levels subside.

Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist Consultation Warren was excellent and very thorough. He diagnosed the problem, gave me exercises and I have another appointment in 3 weeks. It should have been £40 but because of a wee mix up over times, I was only charged £20.

I regularly use Physioflex for my back because I can and they keep me moving. They offer a fabulous service and are always professional , caring and helpful. Always excellent, they put you at ease and explain the merits of what they are doing and make you feel comfortable.

I have now had 2 treatments for old Achilles tendon operations done nearly 40 years ago which are causing a lot of pain and difficulty. I have had a thorough examination and assessment. Manipulation of my joints and tendons and massage.Given ideas for exercise and walking in the swimming pool to loosen up my ankles and feet Our plan is to use acupuncture next time. Caroline was great. Very professional with a warm personality. Full of ideas for self help and advice on pain relief. The room was clean and appropriately furnished and as it was in a leisure centre you didn't feel like you were at the "Dr's"! I used this particular clinic as am a member of Xcite and knew that Xcite would not allow 2nd rate service to function from its venues
