Following a fall down a flight of stairs, I had suffered 8 months of pain, discomfort and difficulty in walking. During that time I had an x-ray plus doctor and NHS physiotherapy appointments but saw no improvement so decided to try Portland Physiotherapy Clinic in East Grinstead. At the clinic, I saw Jennifer Baker. Amazingly within just a few minutes, she diagnosed that my patella was tilted out of alignment and so with gentle pressure and manipulation was able to fix the problem there and then!
