Very pleased with treatment so far. The acupuncture I received was administered in a different way to that which I had received from the NHS and I felt that it was more appropriate. I also received some massage which was helpful. The staff were caring and polite.

Hi can't really tell you much; the appointment was for my Father. But seemed to go well and the physio will follow up with him after he has been to the hospital in a couple of weeks. Also gave him more exercises. The comms have been very good

Sports therapy/ physiotherapy then diet and training. I had gained 15 kilos and couldn't exercise due to pain. However the only way to reduce the pain was to excercise so I was stuck. The clinics range of skills tackled the problem holistically. Excellent service after fracturing my pelvis in a cycle crash I lost fitness, confidence and motivation. Lee and Mark stabilised physical health then drove me on to regain shape, fitness and knowledge of my heath, diet and exercise needs.

"Doctors are brilliant"

General care I would like to say that the doctors are brilliant if you can get to see them. Most of the time you cannot get to see them. The receptionists seem to think that they have medical experience and are qualified to say what is or is not a medical emergency. Therefore they decide whether you can ultimately have an appointment or not. This is a shocking service as the only time that I phone for the doctor is when I need something sorting out there and then. However, the receptionists need to stop acting as if they are qualified or if they are qualified they need to stop being a receptionist and be a doctor.
