Mark is an outstanding practitioner and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an informed and highly professional physiotherapist. I had a 30-minute remote consultation today and Mark diagnosed my wrist condition, gave brilliant practical advice, and made me feel a whole lot better.

I had a whiplash injury to my right shoulder and upper arm from an incident at work. From past experience I know that these injuries are best treated straight away, so rather than waiting 2 weeks for a doctors appointment, then referral to an already overwhelmed NHS physioâs waiting list, I called around a few places, and this one seemed the best and able to fit me in the following morning. Brilliant, I received a very accommodating and professional service. Laura my physiotherapist listened and enquired as to the finer details of my injury and explained what had happened within the muscle structure. She then did some deep tissue massage to rectify the damage and gave me some advice on exercises to do to help keep it supple until the next appointment.

An examination was made of my ankle recovering from a fracture last year. I was looking for an assessment of its current strength and mobility. The Physio has given me exercises for strengthening the ankle area and this will give me confidence for the future so that I can resume hill walking. I chose this Physiotherapist after a recommendation and was impressed with their professionalism.

Physiotherapy & Physical Therapy Clinics First class. The physiotherapist spent some time analysing my condition (sciatic nerve & mobility issues), and then explained in detail what each part of the treatment regime, combining pilates & physiotherapy, was designed to do. In the space of 4 weeks I have enjoyed a dramatic reduction in associated leg pain, a significant improvement in mobility and flexibility, and I am now able to sleep without disturbance or the use of pain-killing medication. An excellent outcome achieved by a thorough and effective practitioner who shows a real interest in the patient.

"I would've been off work for so much longer if I hadn't attended"

I had recently injured my lower back by lifting heavy goods, I attended 4 massage sessions with Leighton Jones and found this has helped immensely. I would recommend his service as he was very professional and made me feel very at ease as I was in some pain. Also, in my opinion, I found it value for money as I think I would've been off work for so much longer if I hadn't attended these sessions. Many thanks, Leighton. I chose this clinic as it was outside the town and parking was fantastic. Also other facilities were available here for me to attend if needed e.g. Swimming.
