I have used their services before with excellent result. Had an emergency appointment at a short notice for which I was very grateful. The treatment was excellent and hopefully, the result will also be good. So far it looks very promising. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable therapist! Can highly recommend it!

I am having treatment for shoulder pain. The appointment started with an in-depth discussion of my problem before moving onto a physical examination of the issue. We worked through a series of exercises and then I was given a set of exercises as 'homework'. My shoulder already felt much better after the work done during the appointment and I can feel the exercises making improvements each day. My therapist Jody was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I felt well looked after - he listened to everything I had to say and came up with a treatment plan that works for me. Well worth the money. The clinic is very conveniently located being right next to the DLR station. The facilities are clean, modern and well-maintained. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, as was my physiotherapist Jody. Very impressed all round.

We found Physio Matters online, we were eager to find someone who did home visits. Colin has been an inspiration for my husband, soon getting him on his feet after major brain surgery which had taken the use of his left side. He gave us hope, confidence & much needed support through our traumatic time. Would recommend it highly to anyone seeking treatment.

Very helpful assessment with lots of explanations of why I have the problem and it's causes. Thoroughly explained the set of exercises he gave me and took time to check I did them correctly. I have had the problem with my left leg and foot after an operation in mid April but in the week I have been doing the exercises it has definitely improved. He was very pleasant and took time to examine the leg and found areas at my home where I could easily do the exercises.

"my father skipped out of the door feeling the best he had in months"

My father has struggled for a good few months now after having a hip replacement. Amy worked her magic took her time and LISTEN ( something that doctors haven't done) After one 45minute treatment/ first consultation my father skipped out of the door feeling the best he had in months. He can not wait for next week. Thank you Amy and Kelly .

"That night I slept well and quickly improved"

I was unable to sleep for three nights due to severe leg pains. I decided to try physiotherapy and got an appointment with Caroline on the day I phoned. The treatment was so relaxing and Caroline explained the problem and what she was doing in detail and with humour. That night I slept well and quickly improved from there.I was amazed at the speed of recovery and the only disappointment is that I don't have an excuse to go backChose the clinic as my daughter had been using it and recommended it. Receptionist was friendly on phone and on arrival.Clinic was comfortable and pleasant. Caroline, the physiotherapist was friendly and thorough in getting background details and investigating the symptoms.The whole experience was relaxing and pleasant and the cure rapid

When I saw Monica today I couldn't put my left arm behind my back. After 1 session I can now do it. I am impressed with the thoroughness of the treatment I received and the immediate improvement in mobility of my left arm.
