At the Cosmetic Medical Centre we pride ourselves on helping our patients with their needs and are glad you had a great experience at our centre. Our consultations last 30 minutes and typically that is more than enough time to thoroughly answer our patient's questions and explain any relevant procedures. When Dr Roberts is faced with more than a couple of issues during a single consultation, he has to strike a balance between answering all the patient queries and providing thorough explanations. Sometimes we simply run out of time. We would be happy to address any further queries or concerns you may have at a second consultation.
