I’m not quite satisfied with the results of the thread lift I had here. I chose them because the price was really good, but I usually have these procedures done in Brazil. Because I was unable to travel to them, I decided to go here. I think they’re just more familiar with this kind of cosmetic surgery over there. I don’t want to complain, but it is what it is. I felt no pain during the procedure. Everything was done in an hour and a half. I was meant to return three weeks after but didn’t. The results are not what I’m used to, but the customer service was excellent. Nurses and doctors were all lovely. read more

Breast implant replacement and lift in my mid-40s - Dr Quinn and his team were helpful and professional from start to finish. Being a plastic surgeon (not a cosmetic surgeon) his skills are top-shelf. He's honest and approachable making otherwise uncomfortable conversations easy to have - which makes navigating the whole experience so much easier! Dr Quinn does not apply a 'one size or approach fits all' and really listens to what your individual goals are in relation to your surgery. Booked consultation and discussed treatment needs for dermal fillers in the face to augment the jawline. The treating Dr advised from the outset that he only treats patients to the point where they look natural, which I do appreciate. He said one treatment should be all that's needed to meet expectations and I agreed to proceed on this basis. Going ahead with this, he also agreed to take before and after photos, however with the before photo being one month prior, not fully allowing for a fully like for like comparison when the after was taken. The results from the treatment were barely discernible (in my opinion) and not what you I would expect from a $2000 round of dermal fillers, with no photo difference (to my best observation) visible apart from site inflammation. Neither was a breakdown of costs provided upfront, with the amount of fillers used for that session discretionary on the Dr's judgement. Upon looking at the before and after, he also realised there were other facial deficiencies he could correct but had not raised in the initial consult. While the treating doctors said its the customers choice as to how far they want to go, he does seem to advocate for a series of many incremental treatments to achieve the effect of what could have been done in one (again in reasonable personal belief and through asking for a second opinion). From my perspective, this may not the most value-friendly to customers. This is not to bring into question the quality of treatment, just the value for money and the management of expectations. Staff were always helpful apart from the aforementioned serious pricing transparency issue. Location convenient. read more

Rhinoplasty. I haven't had the surgery yet, but my whole consultation process was brilliant. I had a thorough and detailed consultation with the surgeon, then met with his secretary for costs and appointments, then had photo imaging done. Having visited another practice (which quoted me $12k more and I didn't even meet the surgeon), I found this experience to be less pretentious, more honest and realistic. I will be booking my surgery very soon! read more
