Re: Septoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Turbinate reduction and chin implant internal approach. For many years I have been contemplating on having rhinoplasty and a chin implant to enhance my facial symmetry and as well, correct my breathing issues. I had conducted many consultations in Canada over the past 10 years but did not feel content/comfortable with the doctors I had previously consulted with. Therefore, I decided to look abroad, to Cali, Colombia, the land of beautiful women and highly skilled surgeons.Through hours of research I finally narrowed down my decision to Dr. Agudelo for the following reasons: He was an Otolaryngologist (this was very important) and a facial plastic surgeon, has years of experience and speaks English. From our initial contact by email to phone consultation I knew I would be in the right hands and that I had finally met a surgeon that I was comfortable with and could trust.Dr. Agudelo was quick in his responses and addressed all my concerns with great detail and reassurance.Dr. Agudelo’s professionalism, and confidence surpassed that of any surgeon I had consulted with previously and therefore, made my decision easy, as he understood my vision and believed that these results were achievable. I was going to Cali !! He listened intently to my requests and overall achievements. This is a doctor who strives for realistic results and will not try to persuade you otherwise, he is knowledgeable in his explanations and respectful to your decisions. During our consultation, Dr. Agudelo was able to find the real reason to my breathing problem; I actually had enlarged turbinate’s. Sadly, I had always been told it was simply due to a deviated septum. I was extremely impressed with the extra care he had taken to investigate my true condition. Also, his judgment on the size of my chin implant was perfectly calculated. I thought I should have gone larger, but he assured me slightly smaller was better. I am soooo glad I listened to him he was precisely right! From the moment I arrived to Cali to my departure, I can truly say that Dr. Agudelo’s attentiveness, positive attitude and reassurance was comforting throughout my entire recovery. I left Cali, after two weeks post-op and have had no complications. As well, during the first week I had very little bruising and no discomfort. He is very gentle in his approach that was extremely important to me, as I do not do well with pain of any kind!! I also, feel I should mention that the clinic/facility looked new and was very similar to the clinics in Canada. The staff was also very kind and respectful. I have to admit my family was not supportive in my decision to have plastic surgery as they felt it was not needed. After they saw the results that were achieved by Dr. Agudelo, they were ecstatic on how natural and subtle the changes were and are now considering having cosmetic procedures as well! My family and I feel that Dr. Agudelo is truly an artist to make such precise changes while enhancing my natural beauty with his creative touch. I will definitely go back to Dr. Agudelo for procedures I may wish to have in the future and will also highly recommend him to friends and family who may be considering plastic surgery. Dr Agudelo is a phenomenal doctor and is worth making the trip! Thank you Dr. Agudelo I wish you much success,

My daughter loves her otoplasty done by Dr. Victor Agudelo on June 7, 2023. She has been healing well and is super excited to see her end results in another week and change. The doctor boosted her self-esteem with this procedure on her ears. He has a great bedside manner as a professional and he is bilingual (speaks English, as well). I would recommend him. He was very attentive during the post-op period.
