After unsuccessful breast surgery in Germany, I have Dr. Mohamed found. I am very happy about it. he corrected my incorrectly inserted implants. I was very ashamed of my breasts and these caused me difficulties. I finally feel good and am happy. We were in contact all the time until the operation, I was able to ask my questions and my fears were taken away. My trust in Dr Mohamed is very big. He is more than a perfect doctor, yet he is a truly amazing leader in the aesthetic field! I wasn’t an easy patient at all. I went to more than 2 doctors even after my first consultation with him, I was always looking for the best here and there, reading articles, documented and trusted references. It was like studying what I was about to go to. With his magical hands and creative mind, he made the perfection came true! My breast wasn’t an easy case although I had sagging breast and apart sided breasts with no cleavage. Since I met him, I asked him that I want a teardrop shape as I see it is more natural than the round shape. He advised me with that won’t be good for my case as it would save the nipples much more. However, I insisted on my mind he didn’t refuse my wish but then I changed my mind due to the rotation of the anatomical shape. He is a perfect communicator with his patients and cares so much about them. I could find him always reply to me on WhatsApp or wherever. He calmed me down and understood my worries. I met him 3 times before the surgery. He called me before the surgery to assure about me by one day of the surgery. He took the sizes of my breasts really perfectly until he made them symmetric in the final result. My right breast needed so much work on. After undergoing the surgery I surprised with an absolute teardrop shape although he used the round shape because the incision was placed under the arms which is one of the most difficult and complicated methods for the breast augmentation. No scars, no fake shape but supernatural and lovely as even more than I wished. If I would go back by the time, I would choose him to be my doctor million times. He deserves this because of his honesty, his great experience and creativity! As a result, you invest your money, your time and your energy with the worthy and a treasure professor Dr Muhammad Yehia Khalil. He is the reason to make me feel 100% having a real natural feminine shape! Thank you, professor, for everything. You will always come in my first aesthetic list from now on without hesitation! Thank you Doha actually you are not difficult case but this is my job is to listen to each client and to see how to achieve his/her expectations and with you as you described before how is difficulty the look of your breast and your expectations and after analyzing your case I decided to do transaxilary breast Augmentation using endoscopic procedure to achieve the Augmentation as this procedure is difficult and complicated which needs experience and more time as the incesion is small and it is far away from the breast but the advantages of this procedure is no scar in breast and we can control the look of the breast as you was looking for tear drop breast which cannot achieve if I use the classic incesion under the breast where we cut the muscle from down which will not allow tear drop look after closure of pocket over the implant but when implant fixed from above through transaxilary incesion under the arm then muscle will stay contact in its place and outcome of it is far much better as the incesion is under the arm 3 cm in hair area of the axilla and cosmetically much better as breast stay contact without any scar which is difficult to know that you have any breast surgery. Yes this is difficult procedure and takes more time during the surgery and needs the right equipment of endoscopy but at at the end I am very happy that I achieved for you what you expect and again thank you for your nice words and wish for you good with your new look Regards Dr Mohmed

Thank you to Dr. Mohamed as everything was good. I had a tummy tuck surgery with a breast lift, implant and liposuction for arms all of these surgeries were done at one time. The first day I had my belly done with epidural anesthesia and second day I had my boobs and my arms done under general anesthesia. I was surprised by the results and get happy with my new look. Compared with other clinics the price is not expensive with good services and follow up. Dr. Mohamed did all surgery at one time where other surgeons asked me to do each surgery separately in 3 sessions which was a too expensive service. Dr. Mohamed is western trained so he is informative with his information and answer any questions and explained to me everything about the surgery and postoperative. I will recommend Dr. Mohamed for anyone planning to do plastic surgery in future. The clinic is clean and the secretary is good. I visited Dr. Mohamed in Cairo clinic which is in a good location and because I had my surgery in Hurghada so I visited his clinic in Hurghada for follow up which is clean and in the center of town. Everyone can find it easily.

I have just had breast implants and full body liposuction with Dr Moahmed in Cairo and I am so happy with the results already and the aftercare service. I had a number of consultations in Egypt before I found Dr Moahmed but Dr Moahmed was very honest from the start and I felt comfortable and safe with his knowledge and expertise. I have had 5 plastic surgery procedures in the past in the UK, Europe and Asia and honestly, Dr Moahmeds knowledge, procedures, aftercare and how he has handled everything with his team have been the best out of all of them. I am a type 1 diabetic, and he handled my medical procedures, which were needed, perfectly, which shows how knowledgeable he is in his profession. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to perform plastic surgery to go with him. Also the reason why I choose Dr Moahmed is that he has worked in the UK as an NHS Doctor which made me feel even more safe knowing he had practised in my country and gained many rewards as well for his work.
