I had my breast reduction procedure with Dr. Tommaso Savoia on January 29th, 2021 in Milan Italy.Dr. Savoia has a thoughtful, and compassionate manner that immediately places you at ease. When I met with Dr. Savoia for the first time, I felt comfortable and unhurried, I knew immediately that I had found my doctor. (I had several consultation appointments before finding Dr. Savoia, but never felt right or completely comfortable). As I shared my thoughts with Dr. Savoia, it was clear that he’s an empathetic person, with the ability to understand my reasons and thoughts behind my decision. His manner made me feel that he understood exactly what I was asking for and I felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. He explains and answers your questions in a friendly and professional way. Dr. Tomasso Savoia combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss, these are excellent signs that you are in good hands. As a foreigner, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Savoia. He is a knowledgeable and professional doctor, which is rare to find in Italy. I researched many doctors online and decided on Dr. Savoia. After communicating with him via email in English, he replied to me quickly and answered all my questions in great detail. Every time I've gone to Milan to consult with him, he is extremely patient. He explains things in great detail and we communicate very well without any problems. Also, his prices are very reasonable compared to others. His operation materials are of top global quality. His surgical skills are incomparable. Additionally, his hospital arrangements are all professional, with full crews who can speak English. This makes a foreigner feel very comfortable undergoing an operation in a foreign country without hassle, especially regarding any potential language problems. My operation went smoothly. Dr. Savoia provided clear instructions for all the medicines. The wound healed within 1 month, though the first week was extremely uncomfortable. After the operation, Dr. Savoia continued follow-up care and responded quickly to my messages until everything was calm again. I highly recommend Dr. Savoia.

I came to Lecce all the way from California for my breast augmentation surgery in February 2025, and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Savoia. From our very first online meeting, everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Both Dr. Savoia and Serena were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. I felt truly heard and well cared for through every step—from signing the contract to pre- and post-surgery support. It made a big difference to feel that kind of trust and reassurance, especially being far from home.I'm 4 months post-op and very happy with the results, had no issues during recovery. Acne Scars Treatment

I came to Dr Savoia to perform subcision of my old acne scars. The process was swift and I can see improvements. Also, Dr Savoia dissolved my old nasolabial fillers, the result is a more natural look. He has a very gentle hand (little or no bruising after my treatments) and a great eye! Will be coming back.

I did liposuction (an innovative treatment called vaser lipo) which is much less invasive than previous techniques with faster recovery and I finally got rid of the love handles. I am a customer of Dr Savoia for several years because he is a very reliable and professional person. I also did some small treatments on the face that improve the appearance without upsetting the physiognomy of people. I even appreciated his NO to my specific requests and this means seriousness and respect for his job...chapeau 🎩!
