surgery The treatment was alright, but MCMC's service is very unprofessional. The facilities provided, eg:air conditioner for patient's room was extremely dirty (I can attach a photo if require to prove how unhygienic the facilities being provided to the patients).PS: Visitors were extremely unhappy when they came and visited, because they felt disgusted to witness how unhygienic it was, not trying to exaggerate, the management group should occasionally check and maintain the hygiene condition.Nurses were very noisy (a group of nurses laughed so loud and talked in a high volume) during late night (not once, but most of the time) while the patient was having rest. Moreover, the patient was informed to come to the hospital and pick up for the medical result but ended up the medical report was not ready yet and we were not informed in advance, and still require to pay the money.
