Had a consult with Dr Juan Luque today. He was very engaging. He spent time explaining in detail about the lower facelift procedure. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I liked his relaxed approach and the office vibe. Each staff member was upbeat, helpful, and happy to be there. I will be scheduling my surgery and posting after.

I live in the city of Plastic Surgery probably only second to Los Angeles in the population that uses this service.I have travelled twice to have procedures by Dr. Juan Luque and will never let another Doctor touch me. The precision and detail of every single interaction exceed any plastic surgeon in the USA. His assistants and concierge provide transportation for visitors and speak English fluently for those that are traveling in. Most impressive is when you enter the surgical suite it's double-doored, which I have never seen in the USA which guards against any cross-contamination. The Hospital if you need to stay is like a hotel room and the staff is caring and kind. If you have had hospital food in the USA, well you are in for a big surprise because the food is freshly cooked in their dining area and is like home-cooked meals with lots of fresh vegetables, not canned stuff you get in the US hospitals. The hotels are very nice and depending on your personal needs his staff will guide you to the best option where you will stay while you heal. Mexicali is a very nice place and we did Uber around to restaurants and malls, even the Walmart for some small items we needed. Very safe Hospital, Physician and city... Enjoy! you won't regret it.

my name is mayra...i had surgery july 2 2016..tummy and breast lift..i was referred by friend to talk to carlo the medical turism he been helping me since january 2016 finding right doctor..and dr juan luque was the one..but from day 1 family hospital is amazing..the nurses, doctors, cleaneness, always greeting you with smile..the assistance with food and my most happy is overall how carlo my medical advisor answered all questions...so far is been 15 days since surgery...so far im ok...little hard time healing my boobs bottom..i have already recommend a few to family hospital and carlo..any info about carlo or hospital or dr juan luque send me message.. was excellent!!! i seen dr juan luque four times since my surgery and is only been 15 days...july 2 2016..he is humble, and nice and honest doctor
