Dr. Victor Gutierrez is a Certified Member of the Mexican Board of Plastic surgery since (2003), and an active memeber from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons since 2016 (ISAPS) and from the Federación Iberolatinoamericana de CirugÍa Plastica (FILACP). Obtaining his first certification Hadassah University Hospital Ein Karem of Jerusalem Israel (1994-1999, Revalidation of studies from the National Educative system of Mexico and recognition as Plastic Aesthetic and reconstructive Surgeon(June 2003)

Medical Degree in as general practitioner in the University autonoma de Baja California Norte Class of (1988) Tijuana, Baja California, Internship in The General Hospital of Tijuana (IMSS Clinic No. 20) 1986-1987), social service at Las Parras Clinic in Huatabampo Sonora Mexico (1987-1988), working afterwards as a General Practitioner for the Notre Dame Hospital in Tijuana Baja California (1989-1992)

He did his residency at Hadassah University Hospital Ein Karem of Jerusalem Israel completing a six years of specialty where he achieved his degree as general surgeon within one year in a half, then after receiving his mayor degree in Aesthetic and reconstructive plastic Surgery , in addition mastering a degree in Hand and Microscopic Surgery (1994) to (1999).
