"Very professional"

I was pleased with how clean the hospital was and the friendliness of the hospital. Alexandria was excellent and my surgeon was very professional. Took out time to explain everything to me and made travel arrangements to pick up my husband who arrived later from the airport even though I felt the cost was high. Besides that the nursing staff was great and responded quickly. I was pleased with the anaesthesiologist and my pain management. I was so nervous about going to another country for surgery but this experience has been very pleasing and I plan on going back. The only thing I would want to see different is the consents were in Spanish and that was almost a deal breaker.

I can't thank Dr Masson enough for my very successful rhinoplasty. He listened, patiently addressed all my concerns, and was attentive and professional.He was recommended to me by my cousin after her rhinoplasty, and I travelled all the way from Oregon State with no hesitation. He worked with my short time frame and made sure I had everything I needed before, during, and after treatment. He is very responsive and readily available, which puts me at ease.And the results? While I'm still a little swollen, I can honestly say Wow! I can't wait to show off my new nose! I absolutely loved my experience, my results, and my luck in finding him! No regrets. I would very highly recommend him to anyone, anytime, anywhere. Life-changing.
