I visited Dr. Samano for lip fillers. His office secretary was polite and helpful over the phone, and Dr. Samano was pleasant and professional as well. He was very quick--much appreciated since the injections are naturally a bit painful. I was immediately pleased with the results and now, almost two months out, I am still very happy. The placement and amount of filler (one syringe) are perfect. I look forward to visiting again the next time I am able.

"Amazing experience"

I've now done three hair transplants with Renew Cancun and each time the experience is amazing! There's a reason I keep coming back. I'm always picked up / dropped off at the airport and my guide always speaks great English. They take me to all my appointments and explain every step of the procedure. The best part is, I'm paying a fraction of what I would pay in the United States and am thrilled with the results of my operations! The clinic itself is always clean and prepped accordingly. The facilities are well maintained and the process itself is very hygenic. Coming from the U.S., I was concerned about the health standards in other countries but Renew Cancun practices the same level of health standards that clinics in the U.S. do.

Treatment was as good as I have received in the US. The Dr asked all the appropriate questions prior to the physical exam. I was very satisfied. He explained everything clearly. He explained what he was prescribing and how to take the medication. Clinic was excellent. They spoke English, which is what I required, as I do not speak Spanish. Every person I spoke with was very professional. From the admission/registration desk to the cashier who I paid for the services.
