Gynecomastia

Breast Implants, Breast Lift, Areola Reduction

I had a breast augmentation, breast lift and areola reduction procedure done by Dr Vice Firmalo at Centuria Medical Center.Usually, a coordinator or receptionist responds to inquirers but I was very impressed that Dr Firmalo was the one who was in direct contact with my emails. Says a lot about his customer service! Dr Firmalo answered all my questions and concerns via email and was able to book the operation easily. During consultation and pre-op, Dr Firmalo made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was explaining what the goal and expectations will be after the operation. Post-op, I love my new breasts! Dr Firmalo completely did a make-over for my new sets and I’m so happy with them!He also followed up post-op before and after my returning flight to the US. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Thank you Dr Firmalo and staff. I will definitely come back after baby number 2 in the future because I fully trust Dr Firmalo and his team.

Gynecomastia

I had a gynecomastia surgery at this clinic. Before the surgery, Dr Firmalo checked if my body was in good condition. The surgery took 3 hours, but I didn't notice the time under the anaesthesia. The doctor is really cool. After the surgery, I was able to rest for 3 days before going to work again. If I feel uneasy about anything, I can just contact Dr Firmalo and ask about it - his replies are always really fast. He knows what he’s doing and what his patients are going through. I'd recommend him to anyone who's suffering from the same problem I had. I chose this clinic because of its good reviews and its location - the clinic is quite accessible. Dr Firmalo and the nurses were all great - all very helpful. The facilities are also lovely, and everything looks new and sanitized.

Gynecomastia

I've been doing some exercises targeting the chest for quite some time and have been steadily caught up with work. Being occupied most of the time with my job on a computer and finding myself often having a hard time to hit the gym, I've researched online and had come to a conclusion/opinion for more than a year, based on various reliable sources, that the easiest and fastest way to get rid of these unwanted fatty tissues on the chest is through cosmetic surgery procedure. Although I have my doubts and fear of going under the knife since I haven't been admitted for any surgery before, I thought to myself that in the long run, if everything that I've read is true, this procedure will be worth it, given that I will pursue the right doctor, hospital and in my behalf, discipline of following their instructions after surgery. I am now at my second-week post-op, healing and I am confident enough of having a good final outcome knowing that I've gone to a very good doctor. My decision of going with the procedure with Dr. Firmalo had been met with different factors; after reading, asking, comparing online, I haven't had the leisure of taking time going through a lot of doctors in Manila personally since I was working out of the country and had to resort online, which I find perfectly suitable enough in my case. Perhaps due to my fear of going under the knife, I aimed that I will only warrant a "good, licensed and experienced doctor" to perform the surgery on my body. Not only did Dr. Firmalo met the criteria I am looking for, aside from his expertise and profession, medical distinction and accolades, his exceptional interpersonal skills and the natural propensity of his character of being warm and open, especially the moment I met him in person makes my journey with the surgery easier. He makes sure that his client is well-informed enough of what he is about to undergo and takes his time patiently to understand the needs of his clients with discreteness of their case. Another thing is his fees are very competitive (I opted and went under general anesthesia). Moreover, he even offers to use my medicare to help lower down the cost, of which I am very, very thankful. Nonetheless, he makes time, which is very crucial in my case. I am only left with less than a week to do the procedure and almost getting hopeless of not making it before I fly out. Next thing I knew I was already out of the hospital and healing. I really appreciated it, even late at night he would entertain my inquiries through SMS and email them and help to map out the schedule for the remaining days I left. Probably there are list of other good things I missed sharing why I chose Dr. Vic (like having good staffs at the clinic, extending his service from professional to personal like offering to pick me up when I'm caught in traffic, etc.), but sufficient enough to say that I have a pleasant journey with my surgery with him. I feel like after the surgery, of which I rarely find in doctors nowadays he is more than a doctor to me and became a good friend.

I am very happy that I chose Dr Vice Firmalo for my Tummy tuck/Arm & jawline lipo/fat transfer to the lips and chin/buccal fat removal. He was very responsive during pre-op and is even more responsive post-op. Hands-on, personable doctor, with no sense of arrogance, he will make you feel very at ease. I can't thank him enough for his kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my health and for providing me with excellent medical and physical care. My surgery went really well, healed faster than expected and to my surprise, I didn't feel a single pain. Choosing a board-certified Surgeon really makes a difference. Achieving the body and result I desire without any fear and that feeling of "yeah it's with Dr vice so I'm safe", are non-negotiable.
