Cosmedics is the Philippine's pioneers of the Ultra V LIft non-surgical thread face lifting and HIKO non-surgical nose lifting. It is a franchise of the international Dermaster-Korea chain of aesthetic clinics located in Seoul, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and the USA. Many of its procedures have been patterned from the Korean way of doing aesthetic medicine.

It was established in 2007 in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. It expanded its operations in 2011 and now has moved to the lush upscale location in Bonifacio Global City.
