Of all of the clinics contacted in the Lisbon area, Júlio Matias was not only the first to reply but also the only one to reply.From the initial contact with Sandra, Júlio’s coordinator things couldn’t have been smoother.An appointment was scheduled for a consultation approximately 10 days in advance at a clinic in Lisbon. Upon arrival at the clinic, the registration process took only seconds. They were aware of my appointment well in advance and had all the necessary documents ready to sign. The consultation with Júlio was simple and straightforward. He made sure my expectations were more than realistic, explained exactly what was and what was not possible.Having met with multiple surgeons in different countries I knew immediately that this was the guy I wanted to carry out the procedure. I scheduled the appointment that day.In the time between consultation and surgery, any nerves or buyers remorse was immediately handled by Sandra on telephone or SMS to put me at ease. She went above and beyond the call of duty. ( I assure you whatever questions you have she has heard hundreds of times before) and for that, I will be eternally grateful.I am now one-week post surgery. Today I had the sutures removed and have another follow up in three weeks or so.Not much more to say other than I would absolutely recommend the services of Júlio Matias.
