Overall I am dissatisfied with Dr Dragos Zamfirescu and the Zetta Clinic - for details please see below.1. My consultation started later and I was billed for a longer one than what I actually had (according to their site, billing is time-based). If this had been the only issue I wouldn't have complained about anything.2. I went there because I wanted an otoplasty. The Dr. agreed to perform this surgery but during the examination, he didn't ask me to take the mask off (Covid-19 context). Also, he didn't tell me exactly what was the plan and what was reasonable to expect of this surgery. Having consulted other doctors on the same topic, I can consider that Dr Dragos Zamfirescu handled this consultation superficially.3. A surgery date was agreed upon and when I left the clinic the reception staff told me that I was going to receive a medical report.4. About 2 weeks later I sent the clinic an email asking about the medical report and I was called back that day with a request that I send pictures on WhatsApp so that the Dr. can "remember the case". I told them that I want an official answer to my email stating this requirement. The answer I got was that they cannot send me a medical report because this is not the usual practice prior to plastic surgery procedures.As a conclusion: I cannot judge Dr Dragos Zamfirescu's competency but he most definitely needs to improve his communication skills with patients and give them the trust they need.
