Dr. Colin Tham is a Singapore-based consultant plastic surgeon with over two decades of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He is accredited by the Singapore Ministry of Health as a specialist in plastic surgery and is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland) and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
Dr. Tham obtained his medical degree from the University of Aberdeen in 1992 and completed his specialist training in plastic surgery at Singapore General Hospital. In 2003, he was awarded a government Human Manpower Development Programme (HMDP) grant for a fellowship in Oriental Aesthetic Surgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. He later established the Aesthetic Centre at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where he continues to serve as a visiting consultant.
The clinic is equipped with an accredited in-house operating suite and provides a private and comfortable environment for patients. Languages spoken at the clinic include English, Mandarin, Malay, and Indonesian.

Dr Colin Tham gave me his best suggestion to get Treatment for Wrinkles and really satisfied with the result. This is my very first time getting injections on my face. He used the numb cream about 10 minutes before the injection starts. So, it wasn't too bad.

I chose Dr. Colin after reviewing several other clinics. I went to see them all and this one seemed the most normal and therefore the best option for liposuction. Even though I ended up paying more than expected, I’m happy with the results. There’s no scarring after the liposuction, but the pain factor is important to consider. They say you can go back to work after three days and this is true, but you’ll have to manage the pain for a longer period of time. They gave me medication for the first couple of days. Everything was nice and clean. The clinic has really friendly staff. The liposuction has improved the overall quality of my life.

I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery.I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated.It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs.The post-surgery care from the team, including the receptionist and Dr. Colin's assistant, has also been prompt and attentive. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)

I went for gynecomastia treatment at this clinic. I chose them because I had a pretty good impression of Dr. Tham’s work from my online research. The proximity of the clinic might have helped me to make my decision. My first impressions when I set foot in the surgery were good. The staff were professional and experienced. Dr. Tham was also quite relatable. Everything was clean and presentable. The healing process was fine, and they followed up with me just to see that everything was on track. There’s nothing negative to say about my experience here.

Bought my 21 year old son to Dr Collin Tham. My son had a blotched nose job done by a government hospital. It was crocked and blunt at the tip. Dr Collin was patient in explaining the procedures. I find him sincere and confident. With his past experiences working with cleft lips patients, I guessed he was most suitable to repair my son's nose. His fees are reasonable and he does not charge for subsequence visits. It is now month after my son's rhinoplasty and he is gaining back his confidence, all thanks to Dr Collin Tham.
