I am 38 years old and had a breast augmentation without a lift, I didn’t want any scarring from a lift. I have never had a big bust and am very sporty so I decided on a 300 cc because I had no breast tissue whatsoever after breastfeeding 2 kids. Dr Mareskys advice and thorough examination and measurements gave me the results I was looking for. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Dr Maresky from our very first visit. I would definitely recommend Dr Maresky.

Dr. Maresky first interviewed me online about 6 months ago, after I had read all his reviews. I always found him honest, and very direct and provides excellent feedback and guidance through what is essentially putting your life in someone’s hands. We discussed each step in the surgical process and with his guidance, I was able to address all of the trauma injuries which I had for many years after 6 and a half hours of surgery I was able to begin the road to recovery. It takes an extraordinary skill to do what Dr. Maresky does to the very highest level and he is absolutely one of the best regardless of your skin tone, black or white. That is an unusual and rare skill. I would highly recommend treatment with Dr Maresky, you are in capable skilled hands, and the entire medical team at Christian Barnard Hospital Capetown were superb. I spent a month pre- and especially post-surgery. I even had a nurse Mercy to care for me for the first few days post-op. Which was very reassuring. I believe that I have had one of the best plastic surgeons in the world. No regrets.

Dr. Maresky is an absolutely amazing surgeon. I had 2 procedures done by him in 2023: A tummy tuck, and later a chin and lower face lift. He takes his time to explain procedures to you, and to answer all your questions. I felt absolutely safe and comfortable in his capable hands. After the procedures, he was always available to contact, and always got back to me immediately if I had questions about anything. He is humble and friendly, and just simply a stunning person. I would recommend him anytime to anyone who wants to have any of his procedures done.

From the consultation phase beyond the procedure - the attention to detail and care, all professionals involved in the service offering (starting with consultation, booking, and procedure, are at a top-notch level. Almost a month ago I had a simultaneous "trigger" release of both the ring and middle fingers of my dominant hand. By agreement it was done using a "unique" technique due to my adverse reactions to anaesthesia, medication and other materials. Dr Maresky's parting instruction to me from the recovery room was: "Use the hand!" I was using this dominant hand that same evening and have not stopped using it almost pain free ever since! Generally, I am most apprehensive about having to see, much less be treated by unknown doctors and surgeons. My medical situation is extensive and complex, and few TRULY LISTEN and TRUST my "story". However, from the outset, Dr Maresky put me at ease, asked important questions, examined both hands thoroughly, and answered all my questions. I knew without a doubt I was in the best hands, no pun intended. Even while waiting for my appointment, as patients left or arrived, I had the opportunity to observe a genuinely sincere, caring and cheerful surgeon. His disposition remained the same with each interaction I had with him. Dr Maresky comes with my highest recommendation, full respect, and most sincere appreciation.

I had a Tummy tuck on the 14th of February this year. I am 48 years old and just needed to feel good about myself. Dr Maresky did a brilliant job! He explained exactly what I can expect and was there every step of the way.My results are UNBELIEVABLE! The scar is just a fine, straight line under my bikini line. From the very first time I met Dr Maresky I felt so at ease. He is a brilliant surgeon. Always available. And definitely value for money. I did a lot of research and peace of mind, knowing I am in good hands, was a critical issue for me.If you want excellent service, great results and peace of mind this is definitely the surgeon to go to.

5-star treatment by a 5 star Surgeon! I travelled from Ireland to have both breast augmentation and liposuction with Dr Gideon Maresky and It was the best trip and decision ive ever made in my life. Travelling ofcourse I was aprehenisve however Dr Maresky made me feel very calm and at ease from beginning to end. He was the only surgeon to reply to my query, he was extremely informative and also a very genuine and down to earth person which made this experience so easy. If anyone is thinking of any kind of surgery I cannot recommend Dr Maresky enough! He is a fantastic surgeon and person. My work is magic and its all so natural I still am me and look like me only a new and improved me and it feels so amazing. My confidence is fantastic and only 3 weeks post-op, I feel fantastic and already back training at my gym. Everyone involved in this experience was absolutely world class the nurses, his PA, the Anesthetist and ofcourse the Surgeon. I was swimming in the Sea one-week post-op, I enjoyed a lovely holiday post-op and I had the best sleep of my life during the operation. I really want to say a huge thank you to Dr Maresky and his team you have improved my life. If I'm ever thinking of any surgery again I will most definetly travel 6000 miles to have the 5-star experience again.
