Dr. Pichet is an expert surgeon. I had excellent results with my breast implants and have no regrets. the sweet nurses at his clinic made me feel comfortable and assured. However, be prepared to be assertive with what you want and expect from the surgery. Be sure it's settled before your consultation, as the doctor does not give much time in consult. Also, be sure you have proper medication for pain before the surgery. I was only given ibuprofen and tylonal and the first 2 days were agony. They gave me a stronger painkiller at follow up, but really needed it before that! Anyhow, I asked for small, natural looking breasts (AA to large B) and Dr. Pichet did impeccable work, so I would recommend him to anyone.
