Associate Professor Sedat Tatar M.D, FACS,FEBOPRAS is a double board Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeon who is internationally awarded by American College of Surgeons ( FACS) and European Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Dr Sedat has 14 years experience and performed over 4000 surgeries. He has his own clinic located in the center of Istanbul and performs his surgeries at the best Hospital in Istanbul.
He completed his medical education at Gazi University in 2008 and started his specialization training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Gazi University, which was his first choice in the Medical Specialization Exam (TUS) and he became an Plastic,Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon specialist at 2015.Alongside his national board certification provided by Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, he passed the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) exam and completed the requirements of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and received the title of “Fellow” of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). In 2018 he won the European Association of Plastic Surgeons, Young Plastic Surgeon Scholarship award (EURAPS YPSS) and worked on breast reconstruction and aesthetic breast surgery with Prof.Jian Farhadi , at Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital, Department of Plastic Surgery in London, United Kingdom. In 2019 he was inducted into the American College of Surgeons and became a Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS).This was the milestone of his surgical career and he is the youngest Plastic Surgeon in Turkey whom has this title.As a result of his scientific researches, presentations at international and national congress and lectures he received the title of Associate Professor in 2020. In 2022, he worked with Dr Alexander Aslani on BBL and Body Contouring surgery in Marbella, Spain. Currently, Dr. TATAR practices in his private clinic based in Istanbul, Turkey.

I had the best experience with Dr Sedat and his great team. When we arrived in Istanbul, the transfer picked up us from the airport and took us to the hospital for medical tests and then to the hotel. The hotel was really good and luxurious and also the hospital was high quality. I felt safe and in good hands. After surgery, Dr Sedat came and visited me at the hospital, also the nurse came and visited me at the hotel too. Before I left, I had my last control at his clinic which is very good and comfortable. I am grateful for the excellent care during my Mommy Makeover surgery. He is an exceptional surgeon and his surgical skills are amazing, he pays attention to every detail. I know I have some healing to do but I am very thankful. Thank you Dr Sedat for this great feeling and for doing an amazing job.

I consider myself very luck to have chosen Dr Sedat and his clinic for my procedures. I underwent a breast lift, liposuction on flanks and fat grafting to the breasts as well as blepharoplasty all at once and it was the best decision of my life. I am now two weeks post-op and feeling better and more healed each day ( I was out and about shopping 3 days later).Dr Sedat is professional, kind and patient (pre and post-op!) and at no point did I feel rushed. He knew exactly what I needed and explained it well. My breasts were dramatically damaged from weight fluctuation and I still cannot believe he reconstructed them like this without implants!His team are kind, and professional and never made me feel like a customer - always felt like a patient with 100% attention whenever I needed it. The manager Pinar accommodated my flight cancellation and stay extension with speed and politeness - without her, I would have been extremely stressed. The hotel and hospital are equally luxurious and the post-op nurse who visited every day got me through the scariest parts with such gentle care that I became independent 3 days later!! Finally, I was offered a very expensive skin procedure as a gift on top of lovely gifts for myself and my companion! I never write reviews about such private matters but this was so flawless that I hope it helps someone make a decision about such an important step. I have had surgery before in Istanbul with one of the "big companies" so I really know the difference. My eternal gratitude to Dr Sedat and his team.

Dr Sedat and his team have changed my life. I am now 8 days post-op after having a mommy makeover with muscle repair, 360lipo and breast lift with Dr Sedat.I flew from Germany to Turkey for the Operation and I am so happy I did that.First of All Dr Sedat is an amazing surgeon, he is the best surgeon i have ever experienced in my life. I honestly couldn't be happier with my results they have completely exceeded my expectations! Dr. Sedat and his team are truly amazing. The whole service start to finish has been incredible. I'm 3 weeks post-op and it is the BEST thing I have EVER done. I have had no complications and lots of support when needed. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Sedat, he could not have done a better job. The Hotel/Apartment/Service was 5 stars and very luxury. I feel on top of the world and it has changed my life forever, I was very self conscious about my body before and now I can't wait to dress up and go out. I've had lipo 360 and BBL which I didn't find painful at all just some discomfort. I now have the perfect hourglass shape!

Had the best experience with Dr Sedat and his team! Recently returned from having BBL with 360 vaser Lipo. I’m more than happy with the results! I am so glad that I went with Dr Sedat for my mummy makeover. I had a tummy tuck with 360 lipo, breast lift and fat transfer to breasts and BBL. Dr. Sedat is so highly skilled, every single aspect of my mummy makeover is perfect, the scars are so neat and minimal and healing so well you can hardly even see that they are there!Even though I had many areas treated my recovery has been so smooth and seamless, was only in pain the first 3 days but by day 5 I was very independent and mobile. Dr Sedat himself is such a perfectionist which I highly appreciate, it definitely shows in his work, he listened to all the concerns I had about my body and explained thoroughly everything he would do to achieve the results I needed.I travelled alone from Australia and was very nervous about being on my own during recovery but the beautiful nurses' Love and Meltem were so warm and friendly they became like my family in Türkiye. I flew to Turkey from Canada for my breast augmentation with Dr Sedat. He explained everything to me very clearly about the whole process and answered any question that I had. I am very happy that I chose Dr Sedat I am convinced that no doctor could have done it better. I had a combination operation (tummy tuck, liposuction with BBL and breast lift). I never thought that my body would look like this. But I also want to mention something that is very important to me. Dr Sedat is not only an incredibly great doctor but also a great person with a big heart. With him and his great team (his assistants are also incredibly great), you are in the best hands, because in the end you should never forget that every operation is an intervention in the body and you should really think carefully about which doctor you go to.
