I got home yesterday from having surgery with Dr Caner Kacmaz and the whole experience from start to finish was 10/10, from the moment I sent the first message, to arriving back home everything was great. I felt so comfortable on my journey and nothing was to much trouble. Dr caner was very sweet and professional, Melanie was an angel and my driver was an absolute star. I am now on day 4 and I don't have a single bruise just a little swelling in my cheeks. The hotel was beautiful.. 5* with an amazing view. All the nurses at the hospital were great, nothing was to much trouble for them. I was extremely pleased with my experience with the whole team from the very talented Doctor Murat Sarici all the way to the driver Mr Hussien. Also a special mention to assistant Mr Abdelrahman who was very helpful, caring and checked up on me consistently from the very first moment and till the end of my stay. My Gynocomastia surgery experience was executed perfectly by Dr Murat and I was treated with excellent care and professionalism by all the nurses. Dr Murat is a specialist at what he does, the surgery was performed as he described it and my recovery is on track. The hotel we stayed in was high quality, served free breakfast and beneficial as it’s 2-minute walk away from the clinic. It was an honour to meet Dr Murat and his team. Me and my father are extremely happy we chose you for my treatment we have now gained people who we now consider to be friends. My recovery is going well and I’m already seeing the difference. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction with lift on 9th May 2018. My contact was with Esra and she arranged everything with me. Concerning my treatment. I asked questions before I came out and she answered them. I could text her or phone her whenever. We were met at the airport and taken to our hotel then we made our own way to the hospital which was either a 10 min walk or 2 mins in a taxi. The hospital is immaculate and the staff is very friendly but limited English. I stayed for 2 Nights in the hospital then transferred to hotel. By day 5, I was walking properly and going shopping. Every day I felt better and better. Dr. Bora is an amazing surgeon very funny and puts you at ease. He is very skilled. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bora to anyone thinking of surgery abroad. His staff are amazing. Esra especially has helped my daughter and me with directions. We spent a lovely day in Ortakoy having lunch and shopping with her. I’ve enjoyed this experience so much and this is down to Esra making everything perfect for us. Dr Bora is a highly skilled surgeon and a perfectionist with his work. I had a tummy tuck and lipo done by Dr. Ercan. I can’t stress enough how good this doctor is. He was very professional, knew exactly how long every stage of my recovery would be, and advised me accordingly. All I can say is he knows exactly what he is talking about. You can tell he has had a lot of experience and this is why I highly recommend him for your procedures. Dr. Ercan and is staff assisted us tremendously all throughout. Before the surgery and after. I would say they went far and beyond. Especially Eirem, Duygu and Veniz. Hospital was so clean, nurses helped me soooo much during my two night stay and the hospital food was fantastic.
