What a brilliant surgeon !! I knew I had chosen the right surgeon when I first saw him. I had seen another surgeon the same day in fethiye not impressed!! I couldn’t leave fast enough I would have looked plastic !! 3 in Harley street and 1 in Tunbridge Wells not impressed I didn’t feel confident to choose them.Dr Sunay is a gentleman very kind and very caring and above all a top plastic surgeon. I would not hesitate going under any operation performed by him. He’s very professional gives sound clear advice and always to hand if you need him.Hospital very clean staff very nice. The doctor’s clinic is spotlessly clean and very plush so nice. I only gave 5 stars but would give much more if I could. Pain now very minimal after 7 days. Very natural look which I wanted. Thank you doctor x

A very Positive and Rewarding ExperienceThis is my second review (possibly not my last) about my experience of surgery performed by Dr. Sunay. With the intention of not repeating myself, I can honestly say that my experience this time was every bit as positive and rewarding as before!!From the moment I contacted Dr Sunay to discuss and make arrangements for my procedures, he was and still is to this day available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have (of which there were/are many!!) No query however small is ignored!Despite living in a different country, I never feel alone in my recovery as I know I can contact Dr Sunay with any genuine concerns that I may have!!In terms of my surgery, it all went very well indeed!! I found the hospital environment to be very well-maintained and spotless. All staff were very well organised, caring, supportive and most importantly professional and respectful in their practice. Please Note: For anyone that would like more detailed information regarding Dr. Sunay's clinic, the journey to and from the hospital, the admission and pre-operative procedures, please see my previous review as my experience this time was the same!!Dr Sunay's assistant Mesut was available throughout the night should I need any support which thankfully I did not! I slept well without experiencing any pain or discomfort. The next morning Mesut arrived early to change my dressings and check my wounds. This ongoing care continued for ten days with Mesut calling my accommodation to change the dressings and check my wounds.Mesut is without doubt one of the most respectful and professional people I have yet to meet! His understanding and respectful approach to practice can make the most daunting task (such as dressing changes) so much easier to tolerate!!I cannot thank you enough Mesut!! I do believe from my own experience that this level of wound care during the early days of recovery results in very good healing and less visible scarring. Dr. Sunay was also available, calling to check my drains, wounds etc. I had an upset stomach for a few days (not surgery-related) and he prescribed some medication which helped immensely!!As mentioned, my surgery went very well! My brachioplasty (upper arm lift) in particular, is the one surgery that has had such a positive impact on my life!! I do not remember a time when I felt comfortable with or confident in showing my arms. From the appearance of stretch marks at the age of eleven to saggy bingo wings I sadly, because of these, experienced a lot of negative comments over the years! I am now nine weeks post-operative and have two arms which I am so so happy with!! I can for the first time ever feel comfortable and confident enough to wear a nice short-sleeved outfit!!It is important to note that I do have a scar running down the inner side of each arm and that some small stretch marks are still present. However, by applying the scar creams as recommended by Dr Sunay these are becoming less visible daily. In comparison to what my arms were like, a little scar or tiny stretch marks are nothing!!I had the misfortune of breaking my phone andDr Sunay went over and beyond the call of duty, supporting me in getting my phone fixed. I was so grateful as one can imagine, our phones are our link to home etc.I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Sunay. From my experience, I can honestly say that he is a gentleman and a true professional. He took the time to listen and explain the procedures to me. My happiness and well-being seemed to be his priority!! Thank you so much Dr. Sunay. You have not only changed my physical appearance for the better but most importantly your work has strangely given me a peace of mind and emotional contentment I never perceived possible!!

I am very happy with my results plus size mommy makeover.. I had my surgery done by Dr Mahmud Sunay on the 5th of April. His work is perfection he has completely flattened my very large tummy and lifted my large breast to perk. All my scars are also very neat and flawless with very little pain. I would recommend Dr Sunay as he is a nice kind doctor who has high standards within his work and presentation.

A tummy tuck and or liposuction had been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. Childbirth and a hysterectomy left me with sagging stomach and non existent muscles. I never thought I would afford it and I called in primarily with the aim of being told it would be too much so I could dismiss the idea once and for all. Dr. Mahmut is friendly, speaks excellent English, is very thorough and very professional. He inspires confidence. From signing up to undergoing treatment was less than a week. Everything went like clockwork. The clinic liaised with a local hospital where larger surgeries take place. Dr. Mahmut came to see me before surgery and again late in the evening post op. He was back early in the morning to review me and decide whether I could be discharged. I had frequent regular checks at the clinic after my op and until I was signed off two months later. Dr. Mahmut did all dressing changes and reviews in person. He gave me a total price up front which included everything right up to the the final so no unpleasant surprises or additional costs. The clinic is beautifully clean. A calming and relaxing environment where you feel at ease as soon as you walk in.

He is a true professional and is so easy to talk to and has created a calm atmosphere in his clinic and the hospital. When I came back to my hotel room from the hospital he arranged his nurse to come to my hotel to clean and change the dressings several times a week, I felt completely looked after. I wouldn't personally use anyone else as the process and outcome were excellent. I would highly recommend him.

After losing 383lbs, I decided to look for a surgeon to remove my excess skin, a full 360 Lower Body lift. I had a lot of excess skin around my midriff, a saggy bum area, that was affecting my training and confidence. To be honest, I'd heard a lot of horror stories of people having "botched surgery" so I was very excited but also nervous about having the surgery. I knew the surgeon could either make me feel amazing or ruin my life so I started my search, for the right surgeon. I did a lot of research on the procedure, before contacting anyone, because I wanted to know the surgeon I chose would offer me what I needed to get the best possible results. After contacting and visiting over 30 different surgeons, in the UK, Turkey and even India and never feeling comfortable with any surgeon, for various reasons, I came across Dr Mahmut Sunay in Fethiye, Turkey. Within half an hour of asking the Doctor countless questions, I felt very comfortable and believed I'd found the surgeon that I wanted to do my surgery for me. Dr Sunay speaks excellent English, which is a massive plus. I asked about the scar, he told me it would be low and very neat. Other surgeons told me the scar would have to be higher, due to a large amount of skin that had to be removed. I asked about the aftercare service he told me, he would be there for me, throughout the recovery process. Would I be in a lot of pain, afterwards? How long is the recovery time? Will I have "Dog Ears". How long will I be in the hospital? (I asked countless questions) and every one of my concerns was dealt with. I felt very confident in Dr Sunay, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure.After having all my blood tests, I was given my date for the surgery. On the day of the surgery, I arrived at the hospital and the staff were excellent, they made me feel very relaxed (assistant by English spoken staff, from the hospital) in my private, comfortable, clean room. Dr Sunay, came in and started marking where he would make the incisions, and explained everything to me. After the surgery I was returned to my hospital room to rest and sleep.When I awoke, I felt very weak but relieved that the surgery was done. The hospital staff, were wonderful and very caring, constantly asking me how I felt, checking my blood pressure, encouraging me to drink water etc.Dr Mahmut Sunay came into my room and explained to me how the procedure went. He told me the surgery went great and he was very happy with the whole procedure but told me he would not release me from the hospital until he was 100% happy to do so. I was told by other surgeons, I would only be in the hospital for one night, so the thought of being in the hospital, until I felt strong enough to leave, made me feel so much more relaxed.The hospital staff, helped me to start walking within a few hours of returning to the room. I was in the hospital for a total of 3 days. I was walking approximately 400 steps by the 3rd day. My blood pressure was up and down for the first 2 days, but the nursing staff kept a close eye on me through the day and night, and to be honest, I couldn't believe how good I felt, after just 3 days, my blood pressure had settled by the 3rd day.I returned to my holiday home, to recover in familiar surroundings. The following day, I went to Dr Sunay's clinic where he and his wonderful staff, changed my dressings and allowed me to see the surgery he'd done for the first time. The staff at the clinic are lovely, Burçın the nurse, is very gentle and made me feel very relaxed. A delightful young lady, that always greeted us with a smile. Dr Sunay's wife also works in the clinic, focusing on Anti-wrinkle treatment. A very polite lady, that always greeted us with a smile and a warm handshake.Nikki, The customer relations and Translator, is very sweet. She messaged to check up on me a few times a day while I was in the hospital and when I was discharged. It was very reassuring to know, that they all cared so much, post surgery too. The scar is very neat and perfectly placed, just below my bikini line. He asked me to come in every day, so that he could check the stitches and change my dressing daily, to keep it clean and help to heal quicker.After 2 nights at home, I felt a little weak and dizzy, my wonderful partner contacted Dr Sunay at 8.45pm. He asked us to come down to his clinic ASAP. The dizziness was caused by me doing too much and trying to walk too much. Big tip: listen to your surgeon when he tells you to rest. I felt Dr Sunay was always there for me and never made me feel like I was becoming a nuisance or a pain. A lovely man and a fabulous surgeon.2 weeks after the surgery, I felt amazing, drains have been removed (5 days), stitches removed (14 days) and I'm walking a lot more now. I heard a lot of dreadful horror stories of people, who'd had bad surgeries. A) Scar was too high: Mine is very neat and hidden by my shorts.B) They were in lots of pain: I can honestly say, after leaving the hospital, I felt amazing, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by how good I felt.C) Walking like an old man, hunched over: After only 3 days, I was walking straight.D) Surgeon not giving well after surgery care: Dr Sunay is Amazing, he's been there for me, step by step. I can't believe how good he's been, if I could build the ideal surgeon, I couldn't have done a better job. 3 weeks after surgery, I'm walking normally, my wound is healing beautifully and I feel Amazing. I can’t believe how well it’s all gone. I feel blessed and very fortunate to have found Dr Sunay and his Wonderful team. If you're planning to have ANY kind of cosmetic surgery, I would highly recommend Dr Mahmut Sunay and his wonderful Team. Dr Sunay has literally transformed my life, by removing the massive amount of excess skin, around my midriff. I feel confident and even more sexy than before (I've always been sexy, even at 500+ pounds LOL). The cost of the surgery compared to England and the USA is incredible, you will save a lot of money and get a very professional, knowledgeable and caring Surgeon. I'm so excited about my future now. A good surgeon can make your life amazing, a bad surgeon can ruin your life. Thank God, I found the wonderful Dr Sunay Mahmut and his Fabulous Team. Wonderful, spotlessly clean, very modern, high tech clinic. First impressions were very positive, this Clinic is very professional. Dr Mahmut speaks excellent English and made me feel at ease, very quickly. The staff in the clinic are superb. You will not be disappointed, I can 100% Guarantee that. Absolutely Faultless, I honestly can't point out a single thing about the whole process, that I was unhappy with.... 10/10...
