I was seeking a vaginoplasty surgery due to looseness after child birth I would definitely recommend this clinic. The premises are clean and felt reassured due to NHS procedures being carried out on the premises. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and communication was open and discreet. It has only been a short time since my procedure and I hope to be as pleased with the results as I was with the whole experience.

I had labiaplasty with Mr Masood one week ago. I was very anxious and frightened to get this procedure right as I have been emotionally battling with this for years. I was extremely unhappy with appearance down below which affected my life in so many aspects. Mr Masood kindly had a second consultation with me to go through my concerns...again! This in itself spoke volumes to me. I booked my surgery and honestly I was looked after so well. The nurse Ann was so kind and soothing. She eased my mind the whole way. Most of all, she understood and heard me. Mr Masood took his time and talked me through stages as he went on. Which was great. He is a quiet gentleman and I felt very safe. I am thrilled with my results already. I have followed his instructions to the mark. I emailed him some pictures just to check things were going ok. He emailed back straight away. It is so reassuring knowing he is so accessible. I'm so excited to see my end result months down the line. Thank you, Mr Masood, you saved me.

I had a labiaplasty surgery performed back in Feb of this year. This is something I’ve always wanted to be done and was so pleased to find a surgery that offered this at such a decent price! The process was pretty straight forward I was in and out within 2.5 hours. I will say after the medication begins to wear off you will feel extremely sore, So make sure you take enough pain killers and numbing cream for down below.Results are amazing I can’t complain at all. I had no complications from the surgery, I did bleed for a little while after which is normal so don’t be alarmed! But it’s been 3 months now and I healed beautifully, so happy!

I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago at the Oakden Clinic. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! I’m overwhelmed by the amazing service I received, from the first point of contact. Khalid was always so informative patient helpful and kind. I was nervous about going to my first consultation but I was instantly at ease when I met Mr Massood, I really can’t praise him enough. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, he was honest about what could be achieved and explained any possible risks.I walked out of my consultation so relieved happy and confident that I had found the best clinic. I then had my surgery 9 days later. Ann the nurse was absolutely fabulous, she was so professional, caring and gentle, I felt so looked after. Thank you, Ann, for the great conversation and for making me laugh and for taking my mind off the procedure. As I said before I can’t praise Mr Massood enough. I felt so relaxed during the procedure I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel a thing, Mr Massood constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok and comfortable.He remained professional yet kind and caring throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. After the procedure I was given Mr Massoods phone number should I have any problems. The after care I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender so I contacted Mr Massood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. I still had some concerns so Mr Massood offered me a follow-up appointment for the following day! Again I was put at ease. Since then my recovery has been great! So thank you again Oakden Clinic for your exceptional service at such a reasonable price!

I had been considering labiaplasty for a long time now but had always been put off by the cost. It was only when I started to research which clinics offered the surgery near me that I came across Oakdin Clinic and noticed how cheaply they could offer it. I am so glad I went ahead with it! In the end, I had both labiaplasty and a hoodectomy. I am currently 4 days post-surgery and despite the swelling/bruising, I have had no complications yet and am overwhelmed with my results already. I was very nervous going into the pre-operation consultation as before then I was very reluctant to undress in front of an audience. However, having done it the first time I was so much more relaxed when I returned for the surgery. Everyone that I had contact with at the clinic was lovely. Khalid was particularly helpful when I first enquired and offered me any information/advice in a timely response whenever I needed it, with always excellent customer service. Khalid and Mr Masood were particularly accommodating as despite being fully booked, I was offered a time slot prior to the usual opening hours to ensure that my surgery could be performed on the date I was originally quoted (due to work restraints).Similarly, another woman (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!) helped to call a taxi after the surgery to ensure I made it home safely. Anne the nurse was excellent too. A lovely woman and her bedside manner were particularly welcome, she made conversation to help to take my mind off the surgery throughout and even held my hand at one point. I am so grateful that she was there to keep me relaxed. Lastly, I would like to thank Mr Masood for doing such a wonderful and professional job. I knew exactly what to expect at all stages of the surgery so nothing came as a surprise. The anaesthetic started to wear off briefly at one point but this was resolved in a matter of seconds so I could feel no pain. I was then able to return home (after a complimentary biscuit) with no issues.The only small complaints I would make are regarding timekeeping. My initial consultation was half an hour late, which I think may have contributed to my nerves and I felt as though the consultation was then briefly as a result. My surgery also overran slightly, and although I appreciate this is not something to be rushed (and I’m glad it wasn’t!), I was repeatedly interrupted by the next patient knocking on the door. Ideally, I would have liked for someone else to have been available to deal with this patient’s issues while my surgery was being performed.However, that said - I would like to thank everyone at the Oakdin Clinic for the fantastic service I received and I can’t wait to see my final results. I feel so much more confident already and would recommend the surgery to anyone that has been considering it! I would also highly recommend Oakdin and all the staff. I myself will make a return to the clinic for any surgeries I may consider in future.

I have just had a labiaplasty and Hoodectomy procedure done at the Oakdin Clinic and I can’t recommend them enough.I have been wanting this done for years but have always been to embarrassed to ever talk to anyone. I finally plucked up the courage and went to my doctor who said they don’t carry out this treatment on the NHS anymore and I would have to pay and go private. I was devastated as I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford it, even with finance.I would look online every day hoping to find somewhere, I even contemplated going abroad until I found the Oakin Clinic. It seemed to good to be true so I was wary at first, not knowing if it was legit or not. Especially the price being so low compared to other places.I emailed that evening and they called the next day where I booked a consultation with Dr. Mohammed Masood. He’s extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood fully. He made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. I started to get nervous as the date for my procedure got closer but I also couldn’t wait. I can’t thank the Nurse Ann enough, she sat with me and kept me company through the whole thing. She really was amazing and I wouldn’t of been able to keep so calm if she wasn’t there.Thank you Dr. Masood, you have literally made my dream come true and changed my life. I can’t wait to be able to wear lace underwear, bikinis and swimming costumes without a bulge and ride a bike ETC.It’s day 2 post OP so I’m swollen at the moment. I had a labiaplasty after putting it off for years. I did a lot of research and chose the Oakdin Clinic. Great service from everyone- Dr Masood was very good in the initial consultation. He really knows his stuff and answered any questions I had. The day of the operation I was really nervous. I went in and Ann, the nurse was super amazing! She was with me the whole time, putting me at ease, chatting, keeping me updated with what was happening etc. Afterwards she gave me a cup of tea and a biscuit. I am originally from Australia so only have a few people I know in England, so it really made a difference having someone as friendly as Ann with me during the operation. I was quite sore that night and the first day. A friend was staying with me and looking after me, which I really recommend having someone there with you for the first couple of days post-op. I have no regrets and no hesitation in recommending Oakdin Clinic.

I had Labiaplasty procedure at the Oakin Clinic. As long as I can remember I’ve always wanted this done as it was totally affecting my life and confidence. I had looked around for a while and found that it was so expensive in other, more popular clinics and surgeries. I came across the Oakin clinic and at first, I thought “This isn’t a legit place” well I can assure you now it is! It’s amazing! The service provided was 10/10 and the staff are so lovely. I had my first consultation with Mr Mohammad Masood within 2 weeks of my phone call to the clinic. He went through the procedure and how I wanted it done and the reasons why. He answered every single one of my questions (I had loads!) so I felt confident with him. Make sure you ask everything! After the consultation I spoke with the nurse who would be with me during the procedure, she advised that I purchase some numbing cream (Ametop) I used numbing cream, I highly recommend as it really does numb the area before the Anesthetic (I literally couldn’t feel it!). Within two weeks I had my procedure, it took roughly 1 hour 30 minutes. I advise you to eat beforehand because you’ll need to take the painkiller shortly after. The staff give you all the information about the aftercare and do’s and don’ts and give you some painkiller to last a few days. The recovery and the pain, I won’t lie it hurt afterwards, however, I am very bad with pain! Someone must drive you home. The first night it hurt the most, but after that it was bearable, continue to take painkillers as told and rest! I can’t stress that enough if you want it to heel you need to rest as much as possible. Don’t let any of this put you off as the results will be worth it. I had such a nice experience at Oakin Clinic, for something that has bothered me for years they were so supportive! My confidence has boosted and now I feel as though I can do things and wear items of clothing that I didn’t believe I could before, with confidence. I can’t thank Mr Mohammad Masood and the staff enough. This truly has changed so much for me and I couldn’t be happier!

Attended the Billericay Oakdin Clinic this afternoon and had my ear blockage micro-suctioned by Georgia. The whole procedure from walking in the door to walking out again with 'new ears' took less than 20 minutes. Georgia is a very professional, polite young lady who made me feel at ease straight away. Step by step explanations of what was about to happen reassured me that I was in good hands. And a free hearing test to boot - which I passed with a 'good hearing' qualification!
