Breast Reduction

In April 2016 I underwent a bi-lateral breast reduction, performed by consultant surgeon Marc Pacifico. I am utterly delighted with the results and cannot recommend Marc and his team at Purity Bridge highly enough.At every stage, from initial consultations, the operation itself and subsequent after care visits, I felt fully supported by everyone and totally confident that I had chosen the right surgeon and the right clinic. With a team of highly trained, professional and very friendly staff, the main aim of everyone at Purity Bridge was for a successful and happy outcome for my personal aesthetic journey. The results of my surgery are fantastic and Marc's skill as a surgeon has given me a wonderful natural new look, it is still my body, but a better version of my body and I cannot underestimate the enormously positive way it has altered how I feel about myself.My GP recommended Marc Pacifico and his team at Purity Bridge, and from the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed and comfortable. Surgery is not to be undertaken lightly and understandably you can feel a little nervous, but throughout I felt supported and every question was answered openly & clearly and I was fully informed about all aspects of my surgery. And I must add that the new consulting rooms and facilities that Purity Bridge has just moved to are first class, and will allow Marc and his colleagues to offer a greater range of in-house procedures. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles with Sue and i was very please with the result she is very understanding and know what you want with excellent results. First impression, the staff are very friendly, then i met Sue who did my fillers and treatment for wrinkles , she listen to you and advise and felt really relaxed with her .Over all i would say , i am very happy with the result and the service.

Open septorhinoplasty & Tutorplast graft. I am so pleased with the surgery and service provided my Mr Pacifico and his team. After two NHS operations on my nose by ENT surgeons I was very concerned about finding the right surgeon to finally put it right. On meeting Mr Pacifico I instantly knew I had found a surgeon I could trust. Not only did he truly understand the problem but he took the time to find a solution that was right for me and my lifestyle. What impressed me most was that Mr Pacifico took me through all possible complications and warned me that it was a major operation for a minor aesthetic improvement. The post-operative care, immediate as well as on-going, is another reason I can recommend Mr Pacifico and his team. My one big regret is that I didn’t have the confidence to have it done before! A year on I still can’t help smiling when I look in a mirror and for the first time in my life I love the happy face that smiles back at me.

Breast Implants

I chose Dr. Nugent for my breast implant change because of her reputation as a skilled surgeon, and while I am satisfied with the aesthetic quality of the surgical result, I feel that the consultation process left much to be desired. I’m sharing this review in the hope that it helps future patients approach their consultations more effectively.During my initial consultation, we agreed to change implants with a noticeable increase in size, in Nora’s words, but not too big. When I mentioned that another doctor had recommended 500cc implants, Dr. Nugent advised that they would be “too big” and recommended 440cc instead. While I appreciated her expertise, I wanted to ensure her recommendation would achieve the results I envisioned. To gain clarity, I scheduled a second consultation with my husband present so we could both understand the reasoning behind her recommendation.During this meeting, we raised concerns that 440cc might not create a significant enough change compared to my previous implant size of 325cc. We asked for visual aids or comparative photos to help us understand the likely outcome, but these requests were dismissed, with Dr. Nugent saying they would not be useful. Despite our reservations, I trusted her expert opinion and proceeded with her recommended size.Now that I’ve seen the results, I feel the change is more subtle than I had envisioned, and I wish I had been provided with better tools during the consultation to validate her recommendations or explore other options. While the surgical result is technically sound and aesthetically pleasing, it does not align with the noticeable change I had hoped for.Dr. Nugent is undoubtedly a highly skilled surgeon, but I believe the consultation process could be improved to better accommodate patients’ concerns and provide clearer evidence for the recommendations made. For anyone considering surgery, I would strongly advise asking for visual comparisons, challenging recommendations when necessary, and ensuring you feel fully confident and aligned with the proposed plan before proceeding.

My skin was looking tired and I wanted more than a facial. I was a little nervous about Face Peels but the lovely Sue Mitchell explained the process and I am so, so pleased I said Yes! I have just finished my last peel, I chose a course of 4 and my skin is looking beautifully fresh. I have already had unsolicited compliments, such a boost. I would say keep a few days free for the peeling to finish, I still went out but the peeling is evident in the beginning. The result makes the Face Peel very good value. Tummy Tuck

I had a tummy tuck last May. Absolutely brilliant job. No after-surgery issues whatsoever and less than a year later, my scar is fading to the point where it is hard to see. Previous to that I had a brow lift and again, fantastic results. Thank you, Marc Pacifico
