Prior to your operation, you will have a one-to-one 30-50 mins consultation with Mr EL Gawad who will give you honest and professional advice. You be handed or emailed a detailed official leaflet about your procedure.

Mr EL Gawad then offers you a two-week cooling off period, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) in order to consider the options/information and make an informed decision about your care.

You will be given the opportunity of further consultation at no extra charge to assist you in making an informed decision about your treatment.

Following your operation, Mr El-Gawad will always visit you on the ward. Also, a further two follow-up appointments are included.

The full treatment journey, from the first consultation until discharge, is performed exclusively by your surgeon, Mr EL Gawad.

Blepharoplasty

I had an upper Bletharoplasty on 8th October at Newton Le Willows. Although I was a little anxious prior to the procedure, I need not have worried. The operation, under local anesthetic was practically painless. Subsequent swelling and bruising was much less than I had anticipated. I felt that I was in extremely safe hands with Mr El Gawad and his team. Top marks to Helen, Michelle and Bev and of course to Mr El Gawad himself. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Mr El Gawad also followed up my surgery with a telephone call in the evening to see how I was feeling. A couple of days later I contacted the clinic over a small bleed and Mr El Gawad phoned me again and put my mind at rest. An excellent surgeon and team. Not cheap but worth every penny. It is a week after surgery and the result is looking good. From my first consultation and subsequent e-mails I was impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic and efficiency of the staff. Mr El Gawad was very approachable and answered all my questions. I knew that I would be in extremely safe hands.

Blepharoplasty

Both before and after my surgery of upper and lower blepharoplasty both Mr. El Gawad and his secretary Rachel were available to speak to whenever I needed and they were always very kind, helpful, and reassuring. Mr. El Gawad even came and held my hand on the recovery ward when I had a bit of a wobble. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and of the treatment I received. Highly recommended.

Facelift

I have had my treatment and I'm beaming. Just one week since surgery and things are looking great. I can't thank Mr Gawad enough for his skill, soft manner, reassurance and patient care. He even rang me in the evening of my op to check how I was. His team at the clinic were also wonderful and caring. If anyone is thinking about surgery, please go and talk to him before deciding, you won't regret it. I don't. Clinic staff very good, professional and have good personal skills. To make you feel at ease and important. You know you can trust them. I attended the Pall Mall clinic at Newton-le-willows.Thanks to Maxine and Bernice for making my stay so easy.

Breast Reduction

I had a breast reduction my breast were so big there were out of control and massive I am on day 5 post op and I feel brilliant I am healing well and Mr El gawad has been amazing and been there for me throughout my whole experience I had an amazing 6 pounds 6 ounces taken off and 1.41 ounces off my sides with liposuction as I am still at early stages yet I am doing well and feel great. My experience with Mr El gawad has been superb and he has been amazing I stayed at Liverpool spire hospital and all staff were brilliant and always on hand to help me Mr El gawad has called me ever day to make sure am OK to make sure things go smoothly I'd highly recommend him to anyone he's been a star and thanks for my life changing surgery can't wait to show my new breast off on holiday.

Breast Reduction, Breast Lift

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Mr Gawad, this surgery has changed my life. Already I feel like my confidence and day to comfort has improved 100%. I was nervous when arriving to the clinic and quite upset the staff settled me and made me feel at ease; safe and that I was in good hands. Rachel and Mr Gawad have been available around the clock to answer any questions before, during and after my surgery. My friends and family are absolutely blown away by the result, I knew he was good but I didn’t realise he was this good. It is the best money I have ever spent and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. The surgery itself was a piece of cake. I was expecting pain and trouble sleeping but the pain never came because the clinic was so attentive and knowledgeable regarding the pain relief I needed. Each day I expected the pain to kick in, but it never did. It was a really nice recovery. I was up and about the day after my surgery and I went to the gym for a light workout 7 days later. If I could say one thing to anyone who is considering this surgery it would be to BOOK THE APPOINTMENT with Mr Gawad, he is a genius.

Breast Implants

I had revision surgery 8 days ago with Mr El Gawad to exchange implants I had in August last year. I wasn't 100% happy with the shape and size of the first implants, which is something that is impossible to know until they are in and settled. Everybody is different and 2 women of similar weight/height could get exactly the same size implants and look completely different. Mr El Gawad was extremely understanding, as was his secretary Rachel. MANY emails and phone calls were exchanged (because of me who was incredibly indecisive). Both Mr El Gawad and Rachel were so helpful and allowed me to go back and forth until I came to a decision. The surgery went incredibly well, the pain and recovery were minimal compared to the first augmentation as the pocket was already there. Although I am only 8 days post-surgery, I am delighted with the results already. I wanted the implants bigger than the previous ones with a closer cleavage, whilst still not looking super in-your-face fake. That's exactly what I have got. I'm honestly so so happy with them. I have felt really looked after from start to finish and I am extremely happy.

I just what to thank both Mr El Gawad and Rachel so so much. They have both gone above and beyond, with the care, support & treatment I’ve received. It was one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever made & all during such difficult times in relation to Covid restrictions, but the quality of care from both Mr El Gawad & Rachel made such a big difference feeling so confident in their hands. It also made a massive difference pre & post-surgery, due to Covid being alone in the hospital for such a major surgical procedure, it was very anxiety-provoking but Mr El Gawad was amazing.The great standard of care continued after surgery as well. Both Mr EL Gawad & Rachel have been brilliant. Night and day they’ve been available, prompt and so supportive.I would definitely recommend Mr El Gawad, not only for the great care but also due to his competence as a surgeon. I was amazed by the result of the surgery I received. It has been life-changing for me and I can not thank him enough. Breast Reduction

I had a Breast reduction with Mr El Gawad, as soon as I met him he made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the procedure and what was going to happen in the following weeks ahead. Mr El Gawad was there to answer any questions I had before and after the operation and his secretary Rachael is amazing and will help you out with any other additional information you need to know. I would highly recommend Mr El Gawad to anybody!
