Mr El Gawad listened to everything I wanted and was extremely kind, considerate and patient with me. He made me feel at ease straight away and that attention to my needs continued from my first consultation through to my follow up appointments. I cannot rate him enough not into a surgeon but as a kind and compassionate human being.

Mastopex with implants I had breast uplift with implants at sthetix with Mr. Alvi and I can't fault my experience in any way. From initial consultation to op to aftercare it was all brilliant. And the results exceeded all my expectations. Mr Alvi is the nicest genuine person I've met and I had many consultations in Liverpool. Straight away I knew he was the man for the job. He's so honest and open and funny at the same time.
